Judging by his inactivity on Twitter, Bcl, it looks like he has just come back to work today.

Must be good for Louis, 2 full weeks off over the Christmas and New Year period not having to worry about a performance related Job or being sacked for lack of.

Louis’s pay goes up as his performance goes down. But still, if anyone deserves two weeks off for 8 years of gross incompetence it’s our Louis.

100% Bcl. LC has done extraordinarily poorly here (if I’m being kind). Achieving 3p after £40m raised after 8 years is utterly appalling.

I’d be happy to take 3p at this juncture in my Kibo story and subsequently end my Kibo story.

You could be right, the buying pattern between 10am and 1pm on Friday would suggest someone wanted to get in in a hurry!

On the right run of news 1.5-2.0p should be easily reached, that is still a sizable discount to the NAV here. That would also trigger the warrants and give us 18 months or so breathing space in terms of working capital, this would also be an asset and in terms of projects developing over that period and probably allow the SP to develop some more beyond 2p>.

Will we ever see 5p again with 2b shares in issue? That would need an MCAP of circa £100m, that’s a mighty ask. We would need sizable MED generation at the 100Mw mentioned to see that kind of number again and we wouldn’t see it for a good 18-36 months anyway IMHO. And of course the CEO doesn’t share any numbers about MED / Bordersley with us so no one can really make an informed investment on it yet.

Of course LC talks about ‘nine revenue streams planned to progressively come online in 6-48 months from five power plants & four coal supply agreements - first revenue expected Q1 2020’ but as he makes most deadlines up from thin air that never come to fruition, the market simply doesn’t believe that.

Much is still up in the air here, it could come good or it could all crash and burn, no one knows yet. Of course, it’s not just fundamentals we need to worry about, it’s also a disingenuous CEO and a major shareholder that treats us like a finger puppet.

So questions is, why are Balance Power wanting to do business with us? What are we offering that their current partner isn’t?

It is for the immediate dilution concerns we have IMHO. The more revenue through the door, the less dilution. We need MED to get to 50-100Mw in a hurry IMHO.

Needs to be big, simple as that really. We need to be able to go through the 0.8/1p Warrant markers or we could see really big dilution here.

We need Bordersley to come on line and for LC to actually hit a date for once and we need a healthy stream of the Power Balance Projects to be taken through the JDA stage by MED and for that build-up of that portfolio to take shape, if it’s between 50-100Mw of Peak Power online via MED and 60% share to us we could be flying by the end of 2020, they are obviously very clear on the MED strategy because they know where it is going. As for the African PPA projects? It’s as clear as mud which tells you a lot I think. Truth is it’s probably MED or bust here!

It’s been an appalling 2019 here and the CEO should be truly ashamed by his performance and behaviour during this year. You need shame first of course to be ashamed so it’s no doubt Steak and Lobster at the bells tonight at the LC compound with Sanderson popping round with a nice present for LC for giving them the keys to kingdom.

He has skills, he must, you don’t take the kind of people, partners and projects he has along on this ride without having something that they have bought in to, it’s worth remembering that the likes of Shumba and MED have been stung here to.

But he’s been shown to be, how shall we say, conservative with the truth. ‘When not if’, telling us that the here was no plans for a fundraising then 3 weeks later pulling out a fundraising with his bucket shop pals, when it comes to transparency and honesty and integrity with shareholders, this guy no longer has any.

Beyond everything else here the one unforgivable is what he allowed Sanderson to do to the SP prior to allowing Sanderson’s mates to do the placing. It truely showed him up for what he thinks of us, which, is nothing.

You won’t see sight or sound from Louis until it’s time to bring out the next shafting.

Having been here since 2013, also, its not the patience nor the averaging down which worries me, I’ve done both, recently, it’s the future shares being in circulation that causes me concern.

The good / lucky thing for us is if MED keeps continuing at the pace it is then we will probably be a some sort of self sustainability in terms of finance this time next year. But to get there, we will either need the warrants to be taken to release further funds or place further funds (which will come with further warrants attached).

The good thing about that of course is as we are practically at the 2b fully diluted limit of shares already (the upper limit of the shares that can be issued). To issue any more would need to be voted on at the AGM or a GM to seek shareholders approval.

All of the above of course doesnt discuss the fact that the market nor shareholders believe nor trust Coetzee anymore, which on AIM is just as big a deal as the company fundamentals.

Rocktapper, I noticed that too. 5 days ago we were told that MCPP lies at the bottom of our priority list and now we are told that after having no flagship projects we are now back to being a Tanzanian focused energy and resource company! None of it makes any ****ing sense whatsoever, I’m expecting this guys is writing half this stuff while drunk.
