Yes, KAT pay KIBO (in shares) for the KAT Director’s work via Mzuri Exploration Services Ltd ("MXS"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Kibo Energy PLC ("Kibo").

So more KAT shares will be coming KIBO’s way. This is how LC has shaped KAT, essentially, they have ‘rigged it’ (if you wish to call it that) so that Kibo always retain more than 50% of KAT’s shares.

Going this many months without any kind of news and progress on any front is certainly out of character from LC judging by all that has gone by in previous years.

He’s up to something, alright, and judging by his mercenary behaviour as of late to fill his and his mates pockets, it’s probably not going to be good for us.

I see LC is now using the Andrew Bell and Paul Johnson playbook of drowning the market in RNSs and Tweet Blizzards and now Warrants on a Friday, text book.

Sad to see LC go down this road but probably tells you where he is in terms of progress here. Haneti and Imweru (spent millions on it) tossed on the scrap heap with the new ‘chosen’ project to replace it and off he goes again, rinse and repeat, everyone keeps their job, this time it will be different.

All these bozos can do is issue confetti and feather their own nests.

The KAT news shows LC wants to run from Tanzania. It’s also an admission of failure on his part. He’s had these assets for years and done nothing with them. Now KAT is going off in a different direction. Where will KIBO goes next is anyone’s guess considering it’s been months since we had news.

Well, CF, I can understand why you’re more bullish than myself here, you’re probably gaining access to more information than I or any of the other multitude of PIs outside the social media group.

It just reinforces what a disgrace LC has become, now he is operating a two tier communications strategy with PIs.

So that’s what my 6 years and 6 figure investment buys me, a CEO who’ll only talk to the chosen few.

It all comes down to if this guy can actually close something out. Bordersley in production and another 25-50Mw in the offing for MAST? 2p easy, truth be told. Never underestimate the power of actual earnings. Add on a serious PPA and then Bob’s your Uncle! This is AIM.

But more LC bull****, procrastination and non-performance (basically the last 6 years)? Then no, it’s going nowhere!
