I have a bit of a thing about people giving their gut feeling views of SP for no other reason than it can incite the less experienced investors(like me) to make decisions that could ultimately be fatal to their financial wellbeing. No one has the slightest idea that the SP will 'fly' once this crisis is resolved. When the SP hit 394 the same thing was said. None of us are party to what is going on thus all we can do is hazard guesses. I am a LTH but would not be buying for the moment until we have clarity

I am just expressing a view that I cannot recall an incident of this sort taking so long to resolve. Parallels with a domestic break in don't cut it. I am a huge supporter of the company but Stuart and Archie have dropped the ball here.

If this is correct it should have been reported to the Stock Exchange with a. explanation of how it was being dealt with. It was extreme price sensitive information.

If the company was aware back in February that something suspicious was going on, I suppose the charge of having 'messed up' by not taking action then is possibly justified. I am great supporter of this company but I cannot recall in recent history any other company being under such a serious attack.

Why on earth have Scotland Yard only just been called in? MKS should have had people like Control Risk on it from the day it started and if true it knew of issues back in February then. I am really angry as a shareholder.

I do agree with Fender on this. There is some orchestrated support buying.

I agree with Fender that there is a massive support op going on. I love this company but I worry that management was caught on the hop. I defer to others as I have no clue about how these attacks can be prevented. It would seem sensible to employ a top guy from one of the banks

I just feel that Stuart and Archie are under siege and told the brokers to act. In view of the gravity of the situation I cannot think of any other reason. That article was unnerving. It seemed like a whole gang of gangsters are behind it

I wonder if the house brokers have been called in to support the price? The results might be superb but my worry is that the crisis will extend and swamp the good news of the results. Every analyst is going to be looking at the impact on the year ahead and that makes me nervous.

The issue for me is lack of comms from a senior MKS guy. I also have concerns that the good results will be swamped by the media banging on about the attack to the detriment of performance. Has Russia ever, this century or in any century, contributed to the good of the world. Just seems to be a real loser of a country. It exports wars and hackers.
