Joe
I think it will be acquired by more able foreign businesses. Sodium is the best answer to electrification. And I don't need the money I've put in yet. I hope they don't do more stupid things and let people with connections work for the team as well. Wishful thinking. I know truth is going to shoot this down again.
AMTE being acquired and still not yet delisted, does it mean it's now part of Lionvolt? Bastards aren't so clear.
They won't raise unless they're ready to purchase more facilities that will benefit mass production. But unlike other companies who raise funds for directors pay, it's not justified therefore I don't think these people managing this aren't those sorts. So next time they'd allow sp to rise, it should mean they're buying more facilities.
People will mostly find that the best time to sell is when share prices are going down. Imagine some shares are worth $$ in double digits and fluctuates in value in single digits. That's why there's no good news here unless we're cross listed. I was reading the history of Tesla and was amazed that the two founding engineers didn't really believe in the future of the product hence one of them claims that he hasn't got any shares left in the company. So hopefully you guys dump most of your shares and bring the price so low that manipulators like swazers can buy them cheaper for a later sale when the prices are on the way up.
By putting base in China meant they're seriously working at mass production as soon as possible. All the loose shares they have to acquire has been a sign of this thing. I think they have nearly acquired those held by short traders.
I have made a complaint to the SFO just now.
That's true WKW
Now, they'll just wait for this to sink.
Looks like this 1st quarter, we will see prototypes of this EVs using Pareta motors/inverters and their testings on the 2nd quarter. Hopefully this will be the realization of a more affordable EV for most people.

I will write them a follow up. It's seems the AIM people are equally useless and should have made sure that those sharp dealings shouldn't be tolerated. It is clear that somebody got away with fooling people yet the FCA answer is so vague.

AMTE Power
I've completed a search on our Financial Services Register, this is a public register of the firms authorised by us and warning pages for unauthorised firms. Based on the information you've provided, I've been unable to locate a firm called AMTE Power, which means they're not authorised by ourselves. If they’re offering you particular products or services (known as regulated activities), they would need our authorisation to do so.
Please be aware that if you deal with a firm who aren’t authorised by the FCA, you wouldn’t have any protection in place from the Financial Ombudsman Service or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) if something went wrong or if this was a scam. We’ll be unable to provide any assistance in recovering your money from an unauthorised firm.

AMTE is a dangerous precedent. I bet everyone is closely watching this so they can follow what these bastards did.

Perhaps next RNS would be that China has assembled an EV out of DGI technology. Hence all this buybacks must take place before it's again redistributed. They need people who are good at regulating sp rather than be victimized by pump and dump shorters.
