HAV is a wonderful discovery and much much more news leading to the final resource to come.
When it does then excluding everything else we will reach the true value of the SP based on potential / estimated earnings over X number of years which will be discounted for cost of carrying the shares and on plus side rises in mineral prices.
Importantly by this stage GGP will hopefully NOT be a one trick pony and only confirmed asset is HAV. One other discovery would make a huge and instant impact on the SP
Likewise even though the last SW results were very very positive without hitting any sweet spot, any similar news from the next set will see 20p tested to shake out the more nervous here.
We are in a hold period as much too risky to predict anything, at least until the next NC update.

Because even on good news they do not immediately move the sp up, while on negative it’s moved immediately down.
SW does as we know have an intrinsic value not just as sentiment but from memory was priced in a few hundred million in one of the broker rating notes. ( that was weird).
But it is the sentiment that will be played on ( already a few posts today about positive results coming on the next SW RNS).
There is a sweet spot to be found in Scally and it will be, just needs patience and ignore the market ploys adopted when the news does not meet expectations.

Hydro may have some more privileged info regards the buyers who I agreed are (definitely) around.
The main reason we are stuck in this range though is because the MMs more or less are able to meet the buy orders in this range is because there are enough sellers. That is the bottom line
And they know if they can find sellers at today’s SP they would easily find as many or more if they move the SP north.
IMO they are holding this around the 21p and hoping for last results on SW to come out before the next NC update.
Not many are expecting anything from the SW results but if they came out Monday morning , IMO they would drop the SP below the 20p level to shake out more nervous investors.
All with the usual wide spread and very little chance of getting a buy order.

Agree the next 4 make no difference and no one should start getting excited and start the great expectation posts.
The MMs will try dropping the SP again unless they are Uber positive.

Let’s say I believe you and you have been upfront on what you have traded so far.
So whatever you made from the profits on your sale please work out what is the sale price of EUA ( just assume it’s sold) that would match your profits which you say cannot be bettered.
Do the maths and let’s see which will be better.

If it was all as simple as - EUA this is what we have , how much will you pay? Then it would have been concluded months ago. As in - we will pay $X or no thanks we walk away.
The length of time this has gone on can only mean one thing , there remains multiple interest and it is all down to some hard bargaining around the pricing in of let’s call it the potential elements of our assets. This is where the remaining bidders will be in competition with each other.
All will have a limit they will go to.
If more than one are determined not to walk away empty handed they may even change tact and consider a joint purchase. Q another reason for delay.
What is 99.99% certain is a deal will be announced.

Every Non binding offer will obviously be subject to conditions that will cover a multitude of things. No doubt the board and all those working on the EUA side of the deal will first have to at best satisfy the conditions. No doubt if conditions not fully met, further discussions will take place as all will be looking to reach mutual agreements, price only being one element of many in such a complex deal.
We will know when it concludes, no signs, no whispers , no upsurge in trading activity,
It will be one RNS announcement and BANG, SP moves in a millisecond to close to any offer price. All over.
So hold chill and hold tight.

For the f&&&&& last time it was not to be taken seriously, but guess some are too sensitive. Same people keep looking at SP movements through the eyes of the investor trying to make a profit. Look instead if you were an MM trying to make a decent return ( as in more of the spread)

What does make sense from a NM perspective in becoming a major shareholder in GGP apart from having a degree in influence is by end qtr 2 they will have gone pretty much full way to proving up HAV or at least enough to time it with reaching the point where they can take the additional 5%
All this in the mix going into qtr 3 and anything else with our other licenses it will decision time for NM.
Even if they do not take us out any holding they have will help pay for the 5% and if SW still looks promising they will be happy enough to build on any existing stake and have a go in following years

I like that conjecture as pretty much in line with how I expected the SP to behave as new buyers ( maybe NC Maybe not include NC) would be joining at prices / orders they can dictate or at least challenge the market to get for them.
Only thing I may disagree with you is the “when we go mining tango thing is over”.
It may conclude with NC but SD in has last role was part of a company which grew by acquisitions of close to production mines. I think this is the path he will be on with GGP and where our income will be used.
No complaints about that if he repeats the success with GGP

Did not take much imagination Spy after all SB was not that far back ramping while selling out.
I was thinking what GH would be doing next and given he has much of his personal wealth tied up in GGP paper what would he do if wanted to realise some of it for whatever reason.

Have not sold one share since Sept 2018 as got 14 sell & buy backs in a row all the right way until the last one (sell at 1.01 ) then the price jumped 25% Have left the rest until Either GGP get taken out or when the SP hits Mickeys target.

Could be it is GH himself selling and no need to report until he is finished. Someone will point out that he only recently bought £500,000 worth. Ah yes, but if he was planning to sell at that stage he knows how the PIs would panic and also may have a good idea that any positive SW news will not be in the next results.
So GH instigates his buy and the SP rises , starts his sell off in the knowledge the buy will keep many calm as the SP is slowly dragged down. GH s view is he is just one of us now and he did, as promised , take the company to the 1b level.

Not sure I agree as can hardly expect them to pre announce what would in effect be a formal announcement anyway. One in the context of, agreed by the board under a non disclosure agreement.
That is what shareholders entrust their boards to do, make deals for the good of the company and by default the shareholders.
They and EUA will not be able to announce any deal until the ink is dried so I expect any news of a sale will be timed during open mkt hours in Russia and before UK opens.
Could be tomorrow or may not. If not we can expect a retrace as sentiment will be played on.

Possible 3rd reason is the MMs carry positions are depleted and they are the ones borrowing. No point offloading their stock and having to pay more. So borrow then get back borrowed shares ( and more) cheaper.

Not a takeover, simply 2 reasons IMO
1. This is how a junior SP behaves pre production and shares transfer from impatient PIs to long term holders PI and II s
2. MM need to top up their carry positions as they know there will be several RNS announcements throughout the year which will move the SP north ( admittedly not in a straight line) so the lower the SP now then the more the MM will profit as they trade their carry positions over this trading year.
