If a holder wants a paper certificate they must supply their own registration details (name). All certificated shareholders names will appear on the register as it would not be complete otherwise. The CREST/Euroclear system sends the total electronic share balances at end of day to registrars who reconcile automatically the changes which together with the certificated holders makes up the total shares in issue.

Was the register issued with any conditions preventing you naming shareholders in public

Surely we are not expecting any RNS on a possible sale until we and any potential buyer get sight of the latest results / confirmation of what is in the ground. Results / report expected by end of year!
Logical suggests there will be (hopefully) further negotiations, then we will know

MMs either by design or chance have been able to meet the funds demand without as you say, any huge spike after hours. So many will expect no fall back next week.
Thats exactly when IMO they will as cannot see much volume being created at a higher level. News from Scally would need to be very positive. Anything else will have them dropping it down

If it is worth mining it will either be a buy out of GGP no question about that or capital raised in the market . Ggp would issue bonds.

If the SW results hit as I think now they will, this share truly becomes an investment with a regular timetable of updates My guess is the board will quieten down considerably between the updates as all in fir the upward journey can relax and or look for the next minnow that can bring as much excitement that GH and co gave us. Nice position to be in whilst GGP grows your account balance in the background. Just need the SW results to kick start this new phase.

If GH is not allowed to retain his options then he will get fair value for them come February by which time SW results and another NM quarterly report will have pushed the SP to new heights

@mickey, at first thought you were an out and out ramper but got a feeling in my bones ( that’s all it is but same when it’s been correct before) that your predictions are going to come very close) weird given I am always ultra cautious.

Most sellers sell and keep schtum the others fall into 2 categories the respectful who are either long term saying goodbyes or others who boast about a quick profit and those remaining are the idiots. The latter I ignore as much as I do the blatant rampers. Paid my money and make my own decisions in my own time .
