Hydro can see MM positions on Bloomberg. Whatever they hold technically is what is left that can be bought.
When’s these shares run out that is when every one really does hold golden tickets

Re your Bloomberg comment on another thread. Is that correct you can see MM positions on there. Great advantage if thats possible. If so, do you know how up to date they are when you are in Bloomberg.

Oh yes there is, and with 100% conviction I can disclose the Scallywag RNS will be out sometime tomorrow or sometime on another day after tomorrow.

I would think that if the info in the DFS was to have a big effect in the SP then under the sale process it would only be visible to bidders still in the process.
Reason being anyone who walked away during the process having more information than the rest of the market , then getting public information via DFS/RNS , what is to stop them launching an outright bid for EUA ?

Thanks that does answer my question as was not sure if in the example of 25% of actual footprint being used for MRE gave them X m so they then reported an estimate for whole footprint of Xm x 4.
Have always said whatever results they reported in the last year , to finish the reports with still open ... is the best news each time.
I did mention earlier that I expect we can look forward to 2 sets of results one on an expanding footprint and the other on infills to expand/ firm up the resource. Up being the key word here.

I did view them and know the areas they MRE/ drilled and the Oz results per the legend. Still not clear though if the 4.3 is what they could expect from this area only or not

Ignoring what is open at depth and edges of whole area drilled so far. Is the MRE 4.2 m figure the estimate of the small area drilled for MRE purposes or is it the whole area based on results from the (smaller) MRE area.
Question asked as from memory many posters were excited due to the ‘ MRE ‘ area being as much as one tenth size of the overall known strike.

We know about the open directions & depths and so further drilling is required to establish the edges and depths. Apart from those drillings will NC likely to continue infill drilling in areas similar to that which produced the MRE in order to hopefully build and firm up the overall resource

When you say it doesn’t make sense I partly agree from a GGP perspective especially if GGP and NC were two equals.
They are not however and from an NC perspective it would most certainly make sense for them to have sight with a view to discussions.
They are the big player in all this and have the expertise to get their own way with juniors. After all it is only for non binding discussions that at the end of the day GGP can take it or leave it. NC have been great for us drilling loans etc If the relationship is good they would be mugs and not doing their shareholders justice if they did not try to get steps ahead of the competition when it comes to SW should it come good.
The best way to do that is give GGP an offer that GGP would be happy with but more importantly would reckon if bettered by anyone else it would not be by much more. There is a value to both NC and GGP in keeping the relationship with SW or any other discovery. Both know this so it is logical they will sit down when results are known.

Also, if GGP strategy for SW going forward is going to require assistance in any way from a major then it is not beyond possibility they discretely have discussions with a partner they already work with if they want to embellish any Results RNS with said strategy going forward.
I do not buy into the cannot release results/ insider mantra as any discussion can be subject to a non disclosure.

Seems that all expect just one set of results to come back from the lab. I would think the cores would have gone to the lab in batches over x number of weeks or even months. So could well be they have a very good idea already as results could be trickled back.

When one MM gets an order from the buyers broker for a large amount the MM will not book/ report the full order immediately as at that point may in effect put the MM short of the shares. The rest of the market ( including the other MMs) would see the reported buy. The MM therefore needs to gather shares obviously at an average price lower than the buy order so to make on the turn. Once they have gathered the shares they can report the filled order.
The MM is as much protecting itself from the other MMs who as one would up their offer prices when they suss another has a large order to fill. Ultimately if one or more MM is dropping bids to pick up shares to meet buy limit orders and do get them from sellers who do you think should get the (so called) blame. MM / Broker trying to get best possible price for a client or the sellers who for whatever made their own choice to sell their own shares.
Answer IMO is there is no blame to attach on either side and no mysterious market forces at work either.

Not arguing with you on past demand being a factor on today’s price / 30 range.
What I am saying is the movements on today’s opening is relative to those who need to or want to sell and the demand from buyers

shezer, the SP has reflected the past demand my post is about the here and now. Any past demand is now irrelevant to the here and now.
Long9. I am not saying people do not want to buy around 30p as so far there is some takers. But as long as the MMs can find sellers at this range they can make their turn. Push the Bid up a couple of points they may get as many sellers again and would be happy to do so if there is demand from the buy side.

Why many of you cannot understand how the supply & demand market works.
Positive RNS lands, but part of the message is BE PATIENT.
MMs think! Ok how many out there are impatient or do need to sell at around 30p. Answer right now is 4m shares worth.
MMs what is the demand to buy at around 30p Answer right now is 4 M shares worth.
If the demand was for 40m the SP would move, but the demand is not there.

Whatever it opens at it will likely close near or at the same and bounce up and down around it during the day.
All though means diddly squat in the big and longer term picture.

Yes I do think the sale will happen and when it does the SP Will move in the blink of an eye so you will not see 40p
If no sale is announced then 4p is more likely before it bounces to a realistic price. Until then and unless there is any formal indicators that a sale is near completion IMO we are held in the 30 range. Boring / frustrating for many it seems but patience should be rewarded.

It is all ifs and mights just now. Wait until we get the results first , and even then perhaps results of a 2021, SW drilling campaign. If they do strike then what happens next is what the new guy has been brought in for.
IMO all that can chug along in the background over the next few years while we get regular updates on the ever growing HAV resource.
Sit back, relax and enjoy the growth of GGP which will be reflected significantly in the SP on a 6 month basis, if not quarterly or some of them .

NC announced last year they had sought and received permission to up the annual tonnage of ore processed at Telfer to circa 23m
So they can definitely do over the 20 but by how much more than the 23m who knows?
