Lots of conjecture here and who really knows how all will play out, probably not even the GGP board themselves.
Yes they will have a plan that will follow a road map ( main highway being Hav) but the road map has many junctions forks and roundabouts, as much depends on results, revisits more results, partners and other outside forces.
We can discuss all we like but IMO better just looking forward to the reporting updates and the jigsaw pieces coming together.

Nothing to do with so called big buyer finished etc just MM looking to make churn volume at a different level .

If you are holding through a custodian like HSBC then no need to gave a share certificate as the shares are in a dematerialised nominee account

You have no idea how the market works but they are the same principals as any other wholesaler.
Buy as cheap as possible and then sell higher.
Nothing goes up in a straight line and usually not down either.
If the market did not like anything then they would have instigated a much steeper and longer fall.

A few million shares being sold and then again buyers for a few million too.
The MM are only making a market primarily for themselves so nothing in the fundamentals has changed.

If and i say if there is any Rights Issue then you can sell if it is a renounceable rights issue where the nil paid rights can be traded up to just before the payable date to take them up. If you do nothing the all lapsed rights are sold on block and IF they are sold at at a premium over the call price the lapsed holders receive the difference less a small charge for administrative cost.
However if it is a NON RENOUNCEABLE rights issue, the rights are not trade able and lapsed rights not taken up are cancelled and no new shares issued on the back of them.

Who cares in the bigger picture.
One thing is for sure, if it drops the Tommy Top Up brigade will be buying, or at least some of them who say they have.
If they only bought 100 for every top up post there is not enough shares in issue to supply them LOL

We should know the outcome of any potential sale before the EGM.

There is one thing we need to factor in with what does appear to be a scatter gun strategy on quite a few licences now.
On the one hand we should expect regular updates from NC on HAV, all good and hopefully would expect this to reflect in an upward trend in SP.
Now think about the news flow on all the other exploration results, SCALL was an example. ( even though encouraging)
We know, as does the rest of the world it is difficult to discover anything near approaching a tier 1 find.
So my concern over the SP is the over reaction we will see, courtesy of the MMs on what is realistically going to be the not so good news that is bound to hit us at times and negate the impact of HAV on the SP.
Have always been of the opinion we should look at our best prospect and focus on that.
Still, time will tell and who knows we could repeat what we did at HAV first time round.
Exciting though that is for sure.

Zelos - it’s quite easy actually. Pacific sign a contract with an institutional investor agreeing to give them 150million shares when a decision to mine has been made and the shares are allocated. They agree a price and institutional investor transfers funds to pacific.

They then start borrowing shares and selling them into the market forcing the price down. Nobody cares that they don’t have the shares to deliver at present - they’ll just pay the interest/fees. Same happens with oil and gold when it comes time to deliver the products. They don’t actually get delivered.

You’ll see come decision to mine time when share registry is updated. I know it happens because I know people that work in these industries. Happens with placings, happens with warrants, why wouldn’t it happen with these shares?

Calm while BOD ponder their strategic options going forward.

Renounceable or non renounceable is the question I have?

Did EUA have first / sole rights to the pits
YES - was there a time limit they had to take up the rights
NO - why did a bigger company not go for them

If yess above , would the rights have transferred if EUA had sold the original asset.
YES / then why bother entering the JV if original asset is being sold
NO / makes sense then to enter JV On behalf of buyer of original asset

Only if you believed the weekend hype.
