More reasons is the likelihood of another another licence or Juri JV bringing good news too. They may not strike lucky first time round on everyone of them but chances are they will eventually

Can someone explain how we get to an estimated SP of 88p in that timeline. I cannot see that ..IF ...? it is based on Bamps HAV income calculation of £250 rising to £400 odd m per annum.

TMT he did that purchase after he left as well, did he not?
He twittered about when the price was around what it was now and that galvanised the sp to around 25/26
I also said good luck to him anyway but pretty sure that was the reason he advertised his purchase.
If you plan to sell tens of millions what was the point of that but then.
Perhaps he was just trading as he would have known he could sell them again for quick profit within a day of his post as would have known the likely impact his post would have. Win win for GH. The guy is not daft LOL

I got lambasted by a few for suggesting GH s purchase of 500,000 was a smart move to raise the SP as he was actually selling much more at the time.

There may only be one Bamps but we need another or close to it to grow unless we get close to 30m Oz.

In fact the statement is more about what they did not say ie still in the process of moving to binding bids.
When someone says they will inform you at the appropriate time it says to me they know what they are going to tell you but are choosing when to divulge it to you.

I don’t disagree with that TGU but it is a question of when we could be told if an actual sale has not materialised.
Previous announcements have indicated there could be deals on the table that may not necessarily be a straightforward sale of whole or part of the company or assets.
Any curve ball deal or agreement could still be in the process and that in itself would be reason enough to suppress all news until the ‘appropriate’ time we get the whole picture.

Still holding and not going anywhere but uncomfortable with that word in context of the sale process.
I know how it can be applied but uneasy that for reasons I cannot think of , it could be referenced if in the near future we find the sale has already fallen through before today’s announcement.
Just makes it more interesting though.

Regards our share of costs, it would be prudent to give up perhaps the 5% so reduces our share. Also reduces our profit but on balance we have other projects that we may need to finance

It’s what happens when impatience kicks in and the sp is taken to be negative.
Really believe the market has no idea of what is going on and what to price the shares. Therefore risk becomes even more important to the market and that is the bottom line.
There has to be players remaining in the process otherwise we would know by now . The assets EUA are complicated but by all accounts they are potentially massive so if any sale or part is agreed then that is when we and the market will know the truest value.
It is just a waiting game and each day , week or month will get us closer to the final chapter.

Keep feet firmly on the ground is my opinion only.
When NC made their last announcement out of the blue on Red Chris inbetween the normal timetable for updates , some thought same could happen with GGP.
Still could I suppose but really think we shall just get drilling results ( more then happy to get ) but that is all.
I am sure the next Qtr will be the news that takes us up a level in more ways than one.

Nothing here to have any concerns IMO
IT is as many have said, a waiting game.
That means we need to wait.
That requires calm & patience.
Some will.
Some will find it hard.
The board have kept us informed on developments and the sale is still in process.
That is the bottom line in the here and now.
It is happening.
