Well really!

Not forgetting about 1.4 in Aug 18 down to 1.00 at 3 Sept
I had about a dozen out and in trades all the right way up to then on part holding.
Convinced it would break the 1.00 and take a plunge well below. It didn’t at was up 25% within 2 days with no reason I think.
Lesson learned

They can keep it at this level as the MMS carry a fair percentage of shares in issue.
That also answers the questions done had yesterday on where the 11 m shares came from

I would like to know what it is that they are negotiating as they all but said they have received an offer. How else would they know it could result in a significant div.
The supposed buyer has made the offer so what is it that EUA need to do to agree to it

It is a fair enough comparison but the biggest difference that remains in the here and now is that GGP have an established discovery which Judy keeps giving more every 6 or so weeks and they have 2 JV s in place over and above their own 100% targets.
GLA to all on here and do not get impatient or frustrated with the MM games that IIMO will start over the coming days and weeks.

To those who say it is not dilution cos bought at mkt price you are completely wrong.
If that is your logic then as soon as the price rises above it will you then admit it becomes dilution ?

1. 20p is a fair price for 5m oz right now. We will get much more but we don’t have even 5 yet.
2. As for lamenting GH s departure just get over it and remember this. The majority of company boards detest their shareholders and honestly see them as a bloody nuisance. They will all say the right things in public but each and everyone of them have 2 priorities but may have them in different order.
1. Themselves and family
2. Preservation of their company

The only players in the market who are obliged to fill buy or sell orders are the handful of market makers(MM).
They are the in effect wholesalers and quote 2 way prices as to what they are willing to meet buy or sell orders made by the rest of us.
In extreme conditions where for whatever reasons all shareholders were all offloading their stock the MM s would be required to ‘buy’ them. The only way the MM could avoid having to buy would be offering a lower price for shareholders to sell than the other MMs who make prices in that particular stock. Imagine 6 MM.s in competition with each other NOT to be the ones offering the best price for us to sell at.
Opposite of course if in extreme scenario if the MMs were desperate to meet huge demand from buyers

Jeez, we all know it can happen when the sp is fluctuating even in fractions. If you allow a 5% error margin rate then it hardly makes any difference. Error rate on gross sells and buys.
Happens on FTSE 100 stocks as well so ignore the AIM myth.

Same effect as if EUA were receiving a cheque tomorrow for £50 billion already announced absolutely no impact as it would be old news and if relevant to sp , already priced in.

Yes the div is an alternative and no EUA are not too big to be bought out.

I commented that I could not understand the flack for what was a positive comment (if it needs to go into one of the two boxes).

I support no one, unlike many others who fanatically & blindly follow a few on here.

I still think any deal will take longer “focus” would imply it had only been shoved in front of them so there could still be two and fro discussions and more to do.
Then again why elbow everyone else so quickly if not sure.
But if sure why not come out with .. looking to conclude in near future.
