Question for me is, as EUA thought fit to let us know about focusing on the one proposal that may end up in a sale of all assets Q. If it does not proceed to a sale, at that point are they obligated to announce that it hasn’t ?

I know the market can sometimes be slow in picking up on undervalued stocks and even taking into account the time and cost to realise potential assets in the ground surely the market ( price makers and investors) would be showing their respective interest in such potential.
I would love to see a broker note put out on our company.

It’s been mentioned on here any sale could include assets with great potential, which be all accounts and the low price paid fir the JV assets reflects they are potential vehicles must require a great deal of spend and time before they become anything more than potential
Surely then any imminent sale of potential assets would be far greatly discounted And any resulting dividend though substantial, would only be substantial relative to to the current share price , not greater.

Has anyone who thinks the temporary appointment is a sign of a sealed deal, ( it would need to be to commit such an appointment) then why have they not announced anything about said deal as if not sealed surely would have advanced enough to give some update.

That begs the question on where we source the shared cost of building the mine. There must be a deadline to come up with the funds and I wonder what the small print in the JV says if we don’t.

It could also be the proposal has been looked at in detail and not proceeding or it is something hat could be on the table fiora long period of time before advancing any further.
The BOD will be under a non disclosure so I aspect radio silence fir some time yet.

So, the opinion appears to be we are selling our stake, currently £500,000 in the Rosgeo JV.
Leaving out our other assets, how long do we think it will take us to turn the current stake into x billions or am I missing something

Yes the RNS more than hints to the following in the 12 May RNS. It is merely a standard step in the Rosgeo JV which is entirely separate to any asset sale.
“ We are also committed to the concurrent development of the Company in two PGM districts: in the Urals, where we have recently had our DFS and Technical Project approved to expand volumes with 3 plants in production this year (as opposed to 1 plant in previous years); and in the second district of Kola, where we concluded the Rosgeo JV to significantly expand our presence both in PGM and in battery metals segments. The Board has a strong confidence in our opportunity to create a globally significant PGM and battery metals producer that can be achieved through our Rosgeo JV".

We can all guess as much as we like ( or is it plain wishful thinking ? ) no matter.
Remember though the wording they used is they had received a proposal which is not quite the same as a straight offer. ( otherwise they would have to given more details of what the offer was for and for how much.
So, back to the proposal which we know will be a little more complex in that the proposers must be asking EUA to go away and do something else other than prepare contracts of sale etc. What the something else is will bound to take time and how much time is …..

I would just add that SD was very astute in revealing that number as if NCM holders pick up on it then NCM may be asked to confirm it or mention it in their next update.

Seems to me he dropped that comment in deliberately as behind the scenes there would have been a bit of discord between NCM who are managing the project and GGP.
NCM are working at speed to get into production asap so are focusing on the high grade, there will be added pressure on GGP to meet the mining costs and at the timing NCM will get the option on the additional 5%
The main thing is SD could not have mentioned that figure if it was not true.
The timeline may not suit many but compare this to an investment bond that may give you 4% over 3 or so years.
Imagine if they offered you multiples of your cash over the same period with the added excitement of potential bonuses (other licences). Your choice but I know what I would plump for.

And as he is an accountant after all, I think he looked to excited. Really needs to calm down and slow down.
