Your opinion on when the DFS is made public is fine but it not known. If anything is unknown I prefer to apply common sense and logic, just as I said below on the bank holiday weekend. No date mentioned but hope it did discourage wavering sellers. Just hope we do not get negative sentiment on here if there is no update from the BOD.0

When the “Sale’ process ended in May DL Piper got no mention, only UBS were mentioned and in the context were being retained as sole advisor.
Reading between the lines at that point my concern was everything had come to a halt and the board ( as they said were focusing on the. New proposal, equals more time needed and obvious further delay.
The last RNS was clear, they are now actively involved which can only mean they are advancing with a deal.
The MMs know there is a further time lag until the deal is finalised.
The MMs know PIs. will be frustrated and nervous
The MMs know they have the time to shake out shares .
The MMs are doing that now.
If you have to sell then do
If you don’t then remain patient as this share will turn at some point.

You are respected posters for many on here so i hope you are not whipping up expectations and then disappointment if no RNS is forthcoming. The report should be completed is what they said. Actual completion may not even get a mention.

Too many here are counting down the days the DFS is due to be completed. There will be a mine of information in the final plan and yes EUA will have much of it drip fed when in the making. However on the assumption the plan is for another set of eyes then once EUA are happy off it will go to another BOD who will have their own people go through it with a fine toothcombe after which they will be required to sit with the BOD in a Q&A session.
All good progress so hold steady and do not give the MMs any excuse to play on sentiment when your perceived deadline passes in silence.

Cannot understand the fixation many have over shorts. Previous shorters would have closed or been forced to close on margin calls.

They used to be good and prices were live, used to get access to all the trades and that stopped ages ago. Supposed to have been temporarily.

What is it that makes some think they are entitled to give out what ultimately is financial advice to others on here.
Some will be selling on buys they made in the last few days, traders yes, so good luck to them.
Others may have set a target price, again good luck.
Some will recognise there always remains a risk or potential further time delays, ultra caution may have worked for them in the past and they do not deviate on their strategy.
And sadly some may be distressed sellers as time has run out for them.
I would never give out financial advice , the only advice I would give is do not demean sellers.
Yous yourselves will all very likely be one at some point in your holdings.

Same here just pop in to keep abreast of things but as always more interested when the regular news is due. Invested here so dipped into EUA last year fir a bit more excitement ( not plugging this ) so now expecting the happiest quarter news on both fronts in the last year or so.

That was a possibility Roger65 more likely the buyer needs only to agree to a token premium on the current asset proposal that secures them a first refusal down the line.
A fair value offer secures future assets without any prolonged bid process / time and costs.
Anyone desperate for down the line assets would know the surefire way would be a straight T/O. Win win either way for EUA shareholders.

Well ( and only IMO) I think they will announce a special dividend ( subject to the deal being sealed)
Record date will be set
Ex date will be day after record date
Pay date up to 2 weeks after that and post ex I fancy they will have some sort of share consolidation at a ratio the maintains the SP around the same level as the pre ex date price.

I can read between the lines Largegin but in this game the “offer” remains a proposal until the ink is dry on an offer that can be announced.

It was and still is a proposal not an offer.
If it was an offer it would need reporting which they most certainly would need to do. Easily enough if the added a caveat in the form of subject to specific criteria being met.
So right now there is no offer….yet.

Agree wannabe, there was a lot to digest in the RNS and anyone of the updates could have been drip fed to us as sure they did not all coincide as worthy in the last few hours.
The next one is going to be great IMO
