Can you give us an idea of the spike range you will exit your shares and be gone fir good.

Good post TMT my average is 1.13p and will admit with the benefit of hindsight selling in the high 30 range and buying back many more shares or taking a chunky profit buys back same shares still feels like an opportunity lost despite how the shares have performed overall.
But as you say regardless of today’s SP it is what I believe the company will be worth in the future that counts.

So as expected no details of any special div etc.

The board is also quieter now as we all realise there is a steady roadmap of Haverion updates which most are comfortable with. That is the solid base that will progress our company.
The exploration excitement will soon begin with the JURI JV and other licences so this period will probably be the the quietest over the last and next few years.

Many expecting and getting excited about a bog standard AGM RNS and expecting it to have details of an asset sale to vote on and resulting special dividend.
If that was the case it would have to be coincidental timing which I doubt as if any deal is struck they would have to announce it immediately.

That is how lawyers interpreted the regulation on clear days notice but is not necessarily followed by companies as nobody gives a frig.
We should not either because the agenda could easily having nothing of real interest and the only interest will be in the Q & A session at the end of the meeting.

Previous post here has correctly stated that EUA have made it clear what they want to sell and keep.
It is possible any buyer can use that and would not be surprised if they will try and drive the hardest bargain as possible, even to lower any first non binding bid as they must know the BOD will be under pressure to announce something that goes some way to meeting expectations from shareholders.

Many have already aired similar concerns and if some of the BOD s most fervent supporters have it already had similar thoughts but kept them to themselves I would be very surprised.
Bottom line is this will either play out with a dividend or it will not.

All this talk about NCM shenanigans is a bit premature I think.
NCM have one goal and that is to get ore out the ground ASAP to feed Telfer. So they will have an arm around GGP and work as a partnership while they move to their 70% ownership and meet their goal.
Once that is done if they have any designs on our HAV share or anything else in mind then that would be the time they would make any moves.
Certainly not now and as things stand probably not at all.

Makes sense to me as according to the Russian mining regs below if EUA do want to go ahead then this is surely cheaper than trying to acquire via auction .
The regs also mention minerals that are of National importance so the State gets first choice on buying them at prevailing market rate.

I do hold shares in EUA and did a fair bit of research as well, could not fully grasp how the Russian system works but there was enough info to jump in here. I have to admit the ambiguity in the recent updates from the board is not to my liking but hey ho on we go.
At least Tilly has replied in a civil way which is great credit to him ( or her) so hope no offence taken as there is nothing wrong with enthusiasm.

In your and no doubt a few others I will be in the naysayers camp however I do hold shares as would not be looking in on a regular basis to this board.
I have to say though there are a few extreme derampers which are annoying but there are also a few in your camp which are equally so. Actually on a more regular basis , pointing out some of the actual and potential assets which this all boils down to.
No harm at all but the potential should always be separated from the actual.

Really guys, if anyone was as interested as many seem to think, can I remind you we are down to one potential buyer of probably part of our assets.
If everyone out there was as interested and desperate as you make out this would have been done and dusted months ago with an offer that would have blown the competition away.
It never happened so lower your expectations here and maybe just maybe you will not be disappointed.
