Cheers Colour . My main point was people seemingly looking at the "line of credit" as free and a bonus. It's not , it has a cost somewhere. Didn't understand LTIs comment about the extra profit for Techno Electric and how this benefits CC. Think I'm suffering licks0dow brain fog lol

Good for Techco Electric making a bigger margin. The fact is the credit line still costs CC and is not free money. Not sure how this benefits CC ? Are you suggesting CC get some sort of profit share from the deal?

Morning Tony. Thanks for the response,we all have our own view on things. I worked on contracts in a commercial environment for many years and believe me lines of credit are not free. Unlike from a bank where the rate of interest is clearly defined, a line of credit of the type you refer to would generally reflect negatively for the supplier on a unit cost basis so is not free. In simplistic terms.....we sell our product for £1 .....the buyer wants it for 75p offers a line if credit to get the discount. In reality a 25% "interest" rate if you like. That is all of course assuming your product is wanted at £1 by lots of other suppliers. As you say R and D never ends. Another consideration is how to you continue to finance all your other customers via cashflow? If do you put all your eggs in one basket.....against the golden rule of investment? Time will of coure tell. As you say DYOR.

Morning all. I respect your optimism Tony but in my view we will be lucky to see anywhere near 10p even with a market correction once Covid is clear . To increase cash income CC will need to sell an awful lot of the product. It seems to me that rather than being a "numbers product" it is more a specialist "go to" product for troublesome areas. CC,s licensing model seems to support this? That being the case real cash income would be very slow in the early years with incone benefit from licences coming towards the latter part of the licensing term. You need to consider there is a cost upfront to produce the units being supplied so part of the initial contract value would need to cover this plus ongoing ancillary costs such as R and D , staff costs etc. Licence income is the icing on the cake after the production and delivery costs have been recouped. AIMO of course and DYOR.

GDPR in simple terms tells you that data must be secure. It doesn't tell you how to do it. The processes for that are the responsibility of the data controller/user . If you get it wrong a massive fine ,slap on the wrist and dependant how bad a potential effect on the share price.

You can dress it up any way you wish. The further vote of confidence is £20k over 3 directors.The £200k was an example. With the salaries they have been paid I doubt anyone should be concerned about their financial position. Still on the positive side the share price is holding it seems.

Let's look at the reality. Directors have just purchased a total of around £20k of shares between them. They have been awarded OPTIONS on 250k shares at 10p they have not financially committed any cash. Unless the shares reach 10p they are not worth anything and they don't have to buy them so they have zero financial risk from that part of the deal. Wish I could trade like that! The directors commitment on this purchase is £20k,if they were that confident why not commit to £200k? Talk about smoke and mirrors.

Hi BB . They can be revocable or irrevocable , confirmed , unconfirmed and transferable. These are the most common, just be good to understand which. An LOC is not like cash in the hand in some cases. Hopefully it is here.

I would like to know if these. LOCs are revocable or irrevocable, there is a significant difference. Why CC cannot be open and honest around values also concern me. In my view the BOD do not understand the importance for new investors to understand the risk and reward using this information or there are other reasons for not including the information within the RNS?II understood the company promised clearer reporting??
