On the basis of your accusation that Colour and I are the same person you are again incorrect, although I'm flattered you believe I am as well read as Colour ! Our only thing in common is we understand the technicalities and passed our school maths exam. The truth is , not for the first time you have been called out for your misleading posts. I can assure you a lot can be learnt from the composition of text and the commonality. I am still unsure if some of your information posted is deliberate,a mistake or just because you really do not understand the subject. The only thing I would say is it pretty consistent at least,people can therefore name up their own minds.

After all at no point during your plugging of Ceres on here recently have you mentioned their SP consolidation and their £10 share price it could be deemed misleading to any newbies not DTOR. Hi Tony . One thing making minute by minute decisions. Try making them when a significant wrong call can affect the share price of a company........different ball game....different pressures. Good fun though once you've retired and watch from the outside!

Not sure what you mean by fund? Whatever , funds buy and sell all the time. You maybe surprised to hear,sometimes at a loss.

JC says lots of things. If that statement is truly attributable to him he is either stupid of should not be a CEO. The company is only worth what someone's prepared to pay and JC will not be dictating the price based on any of his potenti losses.He will have to suck it up like all other shareholders.

Tony in the commercial / MA world the price at which the directors bought their shares is irrellevant unless it is an exceptionally profitable company and there is a bidding war. The price will be what anyone us prepared to pay. Existing directors often receive "golden hellos" ((or goodbyes) dependent on the circumstances. The chances of £1 a state in my opinion is so unlikely as to be ridiculous. I would like to hope I am wrong with this but I prefer realism to dreams.AIMO DYOR

Seen it many times before ITT. Generally out in just prior to the event for governance reasons. If it is the case the interesting thing will be the offer price and the terms of the loans which one assumes would have to be paid off at that point. All supposition on my part of course. DYOR
