6p dividend welcome but you can read this lot like a one page pamphlet. All the while convincing you they are doing you a favour. As far as the new CEO,s masterplan goes the metrics are the same and the basics of what you would expect from any company........rinse and repeat

Hi Jatw. Think you would be surprised. There's nothing inherently wrong with Aviva as a company, it is in my view the capability of those making the decisions. I've always said Aviva is like an oil tanker trying to turn. Problem is its being driven by Nelson,his one good arm is broken and his patch is on the wrong eye.

Looks like jobs for the boys. LTH and in my opinion there hasn't been a competent person on the board for years. Not sure the lack of experience of the new CEO within a company the size of Aviva fills me with confidence. The fact the new CEO seems to flit from company to company like a butterfly worries me as well. Every CEO since Andrew Moss has undone what the previous incumbent had done at significant cost. The total cost of this over the years would probably have paid this year's dividend if you include all the director bonuses and share allocations. Snouts and trough spring to mind. Best way for Aviva is a sale or merger. AIMO.

Judging by the information as published anyone would question the apparent lack of due diligence carried out. The Bod have a responsibility to look after the interest of shareholders. If the BOD have knowingly mislead with any RNS, and at this point we are all unsure as to all the facts, they should be very concerned. The question would be Tony how did you know Colour or anyone else had and invitation? You would have needed to have been told the pseudonym related to a specific name. That would breach GDPR as data personal data held cannot be used for anything other than the purpose intended. The data controller , in this case for Colour would be LSE who could not release personal details to anyone unless for example criminal investigations. All data should be deleted once the original reason for holding it had past. The exception is for financial transactions which I think is now 7 years.
Anyone can make a subject access request for data companies hold on them, this would include any data passed th third parties. As already pointed out there are serious implications for any misuse of data or breach.
