Peakdread- I guess you are probably away during the festive season. You kindly arranged (in September) an "End of year Prediction" and i think you must have had in excess of 60 paticipants. When you have time, do please let us know who got close.

In the meantime "Investorintheknow" is assisting in doing one for the year end 2026.

Wow.. what a classic, i did not know that one could blantantley do this ! Its like me going to the races and betting on a horse to come last, then go on the public address system and annouuce that the horse is lame and no one should bet on it..! Crikey.. I`d be hung , drawn and quartered by the public there and then.

Am just wondering your views on Consolidation to increase the share price to say £1. Reason I ask is from what I have read, some institutions apparently refrain from investing in penny shares and are more inclined to go for shares at a value above £1 or thereabouts. What do you think..? is this something SML should be considering soon.

Looks like a short increase on the 19th

If I have got this right the "Wepoints" (shareback) are credited to the customers (end user) account (following purchases ) and it is the retailer (not Weshop) that issues the shares to the customer who is then free to sell them (following a set period).

Therefore if the retailer is doing well with its "Weshop" customers, it will want to aquire more "Weshop" shares to dish out to those customers via "Wepoints". Some of those retailers could look ahead and purchase those shares NOW and of course unlike PI`s they would have deeper pockets. Of course if this is a successful arrangement the SP will go up and in time the retailer will have to adjust the number of Wepoints for each share issued. Its a very interesting concept since you have then opened up a whole new set of PI`s (the customers) who may wish to purchase shares themselves indipendently ( we know how that works !!)

In addition Weshop will suddenly off load huge amounts of shares to the retailers. I assume Weshop`s income will come from the retailers (% of sale) or advertising etc... So they have created a massive demand for their shares amongst participating retailers and consequently individual customers. Note : I wonder if some of those initial retailers sold those shares when they saw the huge % rise ?

So are Weshop basically an advertising agent who have "tied in" their retail customers AND also the end user customer ?

Please do respond with your corrections / additions to the above in order to get a clear picture.

Below is what EME said on their RNS of 11th Nov 2025 and its clear that we have been told that our 8.5% is included.

Empyrean Energy Plc ("Empyrean" or the "Company") notes that Conrad Asia Energy Ltd ("Conrad"), the operator of the Mako Gas Field ("Mako"), today placed its securities in trading halt on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") pending an announcement to the market in relation to the completion of the proposed farm down of their 75% interest of the Duyung PSC, in which Empyrean holds an 8.5% interest.

Expect the unexpected.... no one expected this... anyway can at least go off to bed now. That will give interested parties another day to do what they need to do with EME shares, but its looking very promising let hope it "worth waiting for" as John Miles said after crossing the desert in "Ice Cold In Alex"
