Reading RKB's posts and Neo's and the latest from Cymru... I must apologise as I think that I might have got Neo wrong on first impressions... There is perhaps always an alternative view, well put just now by Cymru and those views should carefully encourage thought (whilst not distracting from the end game). Here with a heavy holding and also believing that we WILL ALL WIN!

Not the only one sick of oilers... very small odds of success but there are some good ones out there already producing if you want a steadier rise... always better to sell if theres excitement around the share before the drill - bloe was a good example... after success you could have bought at 4p quite easily and gone for a 3 bagger after that almost risk free.

Well given the main man has increased recently it remains a pretty good indicator of intention. Just a good holding of nerve needed to see this through.

News will come, just needs to be the right news and nothing like what we've had in the past.

But they've also an opportunity to look after themselves and the company as its own entity. And I'm pretty sure the means to do it quickly - now a friend did tell me PH arent usually swift with these things but with the incentive there, you'd surely want to get a move on and keep up positive sentiment and have everything forward looking.

If all that means what I think it means its simple... Agree to restructure conditional to additional line on EGM for an RTO when such an offer is put infront of everyone: "Allow allotment of shares for up to X amount" - this will allow for the prize payout then. My own request would be though that it be a lock in basis where no more than 10 percent of said allotment can be sold in any given period (week or month or whatever) Then we can all move on and everyone gets what they want and as Ive said, everyone wins. Of course I could be jumping the gun with an assumption but everyone can win as I've said multiple times...

Not done black belt but I have done plenty of six sigma and lean. I used to work for a large financial institution too and had the bizarre job of keeping people onside in order to keep them earning my 20 million a month budget. It was easy, we all had a common objective. My work was too big to move elsewhere but I had to make sure they kept the costs down at tender or I absolutely would have gone elsewhere. On top of that I had to physically shrink my workload to make their tasks a bit easier too. We all worked together.

I'd like to know who's doing those and what they mean? I do wonder if it's part of an old code?

Others have managed it though... So if Barlcays and Halifax havent done I wonder if any other larger nominee accounts and funds remain unsettled...? Possibly the only thing now holding us back?

Disgraceful that is! Id be publicly shaming them and comparing publicly how fast the rest of us got our cash compared to our allotment of shares... make them realise how bad they are!
