Yep - patience required along with discipline. Shares are tightly held. I have a heavy holding ive added to this morning so if a vote is needed in the near future im happy to go along with it... although I believe there may not be the same hurdles that we once had and it'll be far more likely everything will go through...

Yep - unfortunately you cant manage to tell everyone. People should always compare one rns to the last. Play a childs game with it, spot the difference (or more so spot whats the same) and they'll have seen the obvious.

Hi ritchie From one rns to another the shares in issue has increased from 10.7bn to 12.4bn. So naturally the percentage holding decreases as there are more shares in issue.

The timing of the latest holdings rns tells me they did it after hours deliberately. One spooked person posted quickly assuming AG had sold... how many others would be banging that sell button without looking at the numbers? My view is that it came at the end of the day so that it could be rationalised by others that had already suggested this was to come and for others that dont see the boards or twitter to do some calcs without the pressure of the market sitting on them.

Adl would probably have to drop it... is there cash in the kitty for more evaluations and for another drill that wont happen until winter (or next winter?)

Hes not reduced. If you read the board regularly you'll have seen me and others talking about this. It was an inevitability that this RNS would have came seeing as the shares in issue had increased. The total number of shares in AG's possession remains the same.

I do like a good game of chess and thought and strategy, like you say isnt far off football. The games I watch and style of play that I execute rely on controlling the middle of the board. Its a numbers and position game. Key pieces/players can be strategically positioned ready for when the opponents defence is down. Theres no offside trap (referring to football now) so its looking like its time to move beyond the defensive line with a carefully executed play.

Trek - understand you being cautious. I was in IMM at the same time as you last year when it plummeted. But one thing you may be overlooking is that some here may simply just know more... They would have been to the GM's and likely signed off on not spilling the beans... As to where the price goes, no one knows. Its the gamble you take on "trying" to wait instead of taking a position.
