Each broker has clearly worked their applications very differently. I suspect with HL there was a lot that didnt take up the full OO but they applied for the lot anyway and the excesses resulting in the actual excess applied to HL nominees being more given the original applications. So HL had a higher proportion of excess for its clients because of that first difference. Thats my theory anyway...

I wouldnt say overdue... we know its coming. They'll have to settle amounts on the excess and get it back to everyone before they announce. Im not expecting until next week really - one to buy and accumulate if you can
