Couer - high grade low start up and low cost production gold mine. Anything above 2g/t is high grade. Rough estimate of assets on valuation (shown on site) is over 400 mil too... Theres also the 55mil thats being referred to. There are limits on when this has to be paid back too or the tax man gets involved so its in everyones best interests... I would honestly recommend you research though as it does sound like a deramp rather than just popping a few questions...

Im currently swaying that its along the lines of how an IPO would work in that a portion of the new business is allocated/sold to existing holders (not new ones like an IPO) and thats what creates the value. You right in that not 100 percent of the business will come but even a portion if its Coeur would be worth many many times more than what this shell is. My esitmates would be that existing equity may get between 25-35mil. Others based off their SP recommendations I assume believe will get more. But time will tell on that... Either way, we'll all win should everything go through. Off the back of that vote to approve what would be an offer I'd fully expect then something sensible like the future possibility of raising funds etc like you would in any other co.

Cant compare everything to bou though with shells. Im in bou and know more than many others... in quite a hefty group for it too that hold a massive amount collectively. Losses and listing do have a value here but with holdings etc im yet to see anything that would present a case for any investor that is contrarian in nature. Plus with any explorer for an appealing rto and to use the shares they could raise the asset (if there is one) would need to be something that isnt a gamble. It needs to be already producing and not in a territory thats going to be problematic.

RNS just out now. So this is what I mentioned recently: Unless Antos has bought more, you should see another TR-1 to show that whilst he still holds the same, the percentage he holds would have decreased slightly.

Wouldnt go off lse figures. Anytime something gets delayed it doesnt get counted in the bought/sold section.

Dont think they can use that anymore and now everyone has the same interests I dont think it'd be prudent to. Everything is "out of the way" so now its all about the news.

Must admit though, some of those sells are looking more like buys. Very tight spread when I look at the trades list.

When its advanced as far as it has you have to think of the numbers.... 10,000,000 shares at 0.0125 Vs 3,333,334 shares at 0.0375 As it increases there will look to be more sells than buys because the shares bought lower down are greater in supply than those being bought up now.

Blutony - I had mis-interpreted that part. I now read it as the disposal of psl is the sale for one pound... all subject to approval of the disposal that was given...

Greg - you seem to be going from one thing to another. One minute its investment in India, then something else (I cant be bothered to read back) and now citing Holywell Resources. What projects and cash does Holywell have?

Yoshie... they had to declare those as it was mandatory. But PSL is to be disposed of and as ive said in the past, dont be surprised to see an rns saying "administrator appointment" - this will purely be to get rid. After that, he has had experience in mergers and IPO's.

0.125 is a ten bagger from OO levels... 1p would be closer to a 100 bagger...

Just worth bearing in mind and this is important. That if he hasnt bought more after those declared in the RNS, the next one will show a small drop as the next branch of placing shares "hit the market". So dont get spooked if a TR-1 shows a reduction in percentages.
