Hi Martin, Be careful of the quotes like that. There is highly likely an RTO to take place. I'm sure with you stumbling across this you may have an idea of the vehicle? If you've done some digging on that firm you should have an idea of its team and assets (fixed ones too...). From there it should give you a rough idea of how this may rise in price. Don't go off the targets of others, set your own. Reduce your risk when you can and be sure to set a target for your profits then too.

Not one to be out of for the next month this imo... I've noticed a few sells creep in. I know it's AIM and patience usually doesn't pay but here I think that trend will be kicked into the grass...

It's important that people don't become invested in what antos' holding is. It could go up, it could go down. Depends on what "needs" to happen behind the scenes to move things forward. We know there's not enough excess to sort the little problem so maybe some get "sold" if all of the warrants aren't immediately taken...

6p I think a few of us will be heading on year long benders! Half a penny to a penny is the rather broad range that many will be aiming for from what I've read though.

There will be absolutely no chance that everyone will get all of their excess. Be a lot of spare to change to hit the market when cash comes back... I'd imagine it's chaos in someone's office right now trying to look at how it's to be divided up...

To be fair to them they've done it to avoid a cash spill. So if PH take up the warrants now (or later - not fussed), it's all sorted then and this can move along "with haste"

We won't know. We know what the uptake was for the OO. So say 1bn was requested as excess. Depending on how much you asked for you'll get a percentage versus the amount available in the application.

We'll be able to roughly have a reverse calc on excess when we get a percentage of what we asked for. Won't be 100 percent accurate but it'll give a good indication.

I think thats a cracking take up! And yes we'll never know but from those of us that talk regularly about this, the majority of us indicated that we had gone for more.

I was honestly expecting a lot more excess than that to be flying around... hopefully the spare change comes back to us now so that we can buy what's left on the open market (certainly whilst they are cheap!!)

Depends, news on the OO may come tomorrow. I think once the OO is done then PH may see fit to pass the co over too... quite quickly...

Are getting one today! Shame I didn't hold back from buying two lots first thing on Monday... would have got them marginally cheaper!

The rule 14 section on the rns is purely an advice to say that if the company doesn't do anything there is the option of becoming an investment firm (like RBD or kdnc) and moving from there. Doesn't mean that'd be the next step if there's no RTO.
