So if people get nervous and dump (like yesterday afternoon) but those shares/people are needed for an important vote, then the odds are less if they dump - if that makes sense...

For point 2 as well I must add that there will certainly be some large holders that post regularly in here too... Just imo - I dont think we need to see the 25 percent.

I dont think we'll see this and I dont think we need to... 1) He is probably by now the subject of the offer/negotiation. So wont be able to buy/sell. 2) For any passing of something requiring 75 percent of the votes I believe there are sufficient holders here and in various groups to be able to vote accordingly. If only 25 percent need to say "no" then he has 15 percent and theres a group I am part of that probably has now in excess of 10 percent. I think if that 125mil was his, we'd have been notified by now as we would have been with other large trades. That now leaves me to say that at some point this month I believe we will see something but the key questions remain as to when and how much?

Put yesterday behind us. We shouldnt really be talking about a post on another board. If investors are sensible, they will stick to what they have researched. Nothing has changed (other than an increased holdings rns) from the point it was picked up that there is to be an RTO here. The question is when. Today? Next week? And then how much? Some that sold yesterday may end up buying back...

We know this is a shell. We know theres been multiple placings and that no more shares can be issued without authority. Giving a healthy cash balance. We know we all got to participate in the open offer. We know that our number 1 holder took the full amount available in the open offer and has been buying in the open market at a price higher than where we are at now. Theoretically, that higher price should be the floor for this stock. Anything below is now a gift! Anything else may just be unsubstantiated noise to distract you from your holdings.

waccy - he wasnt even posting on this stock which makes me think its unrelated. if you search for him on the desktop site you can still see him and todays posts else where. For me, it was related to his volume of posts. I dont think theres any malice.

Indeed various things do happen behind the scenes... We should be letting that happen without the un-necessary distractions at present... There is always a vote if we want to be in favour or opposition of something - that's the only thing we should be waiting for.

but are those scars relevant to this stock? for me its a wound that will heal and was healed by the open offer. That was a gift to us PI's and we should be supportive of that... Instead, how many took it and ran with the recent volatility and again todays volatility?
