last few days theres been big-ish sells too... not the volume to make me think its someone larger but enough to make me think its perhaps a few that have gone quiet...

sp500 - either everybody wins or everybody loses... some of the posts on here dont help and things got settled by the open offer in my opinion.

I can still find him when I search for his name and other users I know got banned I cant... decide on that how you will... could just be a temporary volume related suspension as I say...

There are buyers waiting to snap up the stock that others are selling. Any suspension I'm reckoning is temporary... i'm not reckoning it's for the reasons outlined...

Which then brings me to the concern highlighted by tra1 earlier... If he's willing to go down that route, does that mean he and all others have divested? IE - nothing to lose?

Ive sent him a private message which hopefully has a better solution... I just wonder if his posts are being scrutinized because of his history and he's perhaps got it wrong? It's likely any high volume poster will have their posts looked at to determine if theres the "intent to influence" and it's probably that which has seen him suspended. One reason that whilst I post a moderate amount I try and keep the detail short. Some of my past posts may have had more than one meaning too depending on who they were to ...

so no matter where the price is when that news lands you'll have to ask, do you really just want a small trade off it or do you want to be in when the bid/ask get adjusted accordingly?

Rapidly and went back up again... Be careful if you are setting limits... a few weeks back they stocked up off weak hands and then put up the prices to create a rally! I'm not expecting any TR-1s, certainly if things are progressing behind the scenes. I'd expect that one wouldn't be able to buy/sell if they are in a negotiation... just imo... so we could be close here...

Fair number of buys were actually sells today. Aside from an mm dropping the price a bit to create a market it's not a bad day really.

I assume so and along with that perhaps what the offer and it's terms will be. So how much here is worth how much of the target... then maybe a vote to approve it and anything else on the agenda.

20mil trades gone through today. I'm wondering if it's a sign that buying in volume is tough so orders had to be submitted in chunks...

Worse is that stocktracker - that's a complete sell signal if you see that one posting!
