As you can see this will NOT effect the Approval decision for Iclaprim only new NDA submissions.

Not sure if my money would be on Calculus bit one or two of institutions from last placing.
RG mentioned on a previous raise about 18/20 institutions bought in and nearly all those would be under reporting levels.
More likely to be one or two of those 18 rather than Calculus who would likely have passed a TR1 threshold

Hi Ian the average cost of getting a drug to market is in excess of $1bn.

One of indicators Ray plus they have been pretty regular and at low prices.
I am experienced enough not to read any more into them than wanting to reduce or exit a position for a whole host of reasons like Brexit worries/ or a change of Fund Manager etc and nothing to do with SCLP

Good just to get back to normal trading which has not been the case for a long while here but volume always been able to overcome the ATs that usually follow news but then when it dries up they take it back down.
This time no news yet but plenty of volume and most importantly a defined timeline of 13th Feb which will limit any diwnsude

Yes Crumbs would expect some communication from SCLP and maybe they could talk about other stuff in a Proactuve I/v etc as plenty of news due but will have to wait and see.
Last year we had similar concerns on the lack of progress then several announcements so who knows

Agree Crumbs at AGM the BOD were keen to distance themselves from GC and I imagine they will continue to do so.
It is not a SCLP project even though Lindy is joint leader.
The professional bit is to concentrate on SCLP newsflow independently from any GC challenge and am sure they want to remain at arms length

Good posts re CRUK and how the GC criteria coalesce well will what Lindy is doing with her team.
Like you not counting any chickens as all it does is set us up for a fall or I told you so moment.
However success in the project will be an endorsement of much of the information you have posted today and further evidence of CRUK and independent experts validating the SCLP approach

Know what you mean about footy.I am enjoying going to games again.
Like you hate blatant ramping or deramping and many people trading on AIM have either strategy as a clear driver if their agenda.
Normally the blatant ramping is on bad shares and the opposite is on good shares and with good reason.When you get very confident investors based on a good understanding of the fundamentals they are often trusted by others if they are perceived as offering balanced posts but experienced investors who have not taken the trouble to research a share often inherently mistrust blatant rampers wheras inexperienced investors tend to be sucked in as they want to believe the rampers.
Again that is a big comfort here knowing there are multiple platforms as that really reduces the risk here.
Anyway you learn more by defeat and bad experiences imo than good ones so the VAL board is a great education.
I lost some money there a few years ago and learned a good lesson

For likes of you and me the footy is a very important part of how we feel and many don’t understand why it certainly effects my mood more than politics or work for instance.
Actually was not in AGL but was congratulating researcher and Boom of course.It has been a cracking year so far after a bad 2018 and one of the consistent themes with several pharma shares like here is that the SP is at a low for various reasons and a number of catalysts expected.The main thing missing is sentiment and that is what I think success in the GC could bring.
So if SCLP wins and they get the trials underway I think sentiment will return in a big way.
It is a fickle thing and can turn on a sixpence like my main share which I was always confident on but you have to go through done dark days and lows and of course you question why but you know it will bounce from the lows at some point.
The reason imo why we are in single figures is a combination of previous cash raises at a lower level,the delays in starting the trials fir whatever reason and the point you highlighted a consistent seller probably as you say an institution or two from the last placing.
It does not mean they know anything bad in fact quite the reverse but there are simply not enough stake bulls to take up the slack as they are already loaded up and as long as you have a seller that needs to be cleared and that takes volume and that means news or returned sentiment
