Don’t see his posts so can’t unaware of where figure came from.
However you measure it profit will never be anywhere near the 95% figure.Royalties all depends on the deal you simply can’t measure it by saying a %age figure minus admininsatratiin to give a high profit figure.
Anyway my main point is just to bring a bit of realism as too many totally unrealistic predictions just puts of potential new investors as most predictions are not independent and fail to take into account a whole host of factors like future dilution into account

If you mean a royalty figure don’t forget that is only a %age of revenues and not the whole revenue figure

Only Option 3 or would definitely mean we have to finance ourselves.
If we partner with a much larger Company say in the AB space it is possible we may need to raise cash but all depends on deal.Of course a much bigger entity will be a much more attractive take over target

No.1 and 2 partnership with another AB Company or already in hospital space
No.3 Build own commercial organisation.

Hi Wassatt/Kenny hope your OK.Not read all thread but Weils disease is human equivalent of Leptospirosus in dogs and often passed on by rats urine.
Lyme Disease is passed on only by being bitten by a tick carrying a bacteria called Borrelia.Only about 1% of UK ticks carry it and there are hotspots.
Dogs are high risk and fewer are massive hosts of ticks.No known cure if it is not treated straightaway although I do work for a Company that has a Tick prevention Vaccine in Dogs.The only way you may know you have it is the bullseye rash which appears when the tick enters. If you give a course of Doxycycline straight away that will prevent it developing further infection.
Many symptoms similar to ME and can be very serious.Really hard to diagnose.

I do agree with most of that especially with Moditope and that tie up with Bion Tech allows that freedom but also critically adds a commercial and corporate understanding of how to progress the excellent science.Something which can be a negative of too small a team which can get too cosy if you follow my meaning

My general thoughts are very similar.
The PDUFA RNS will be a stand alone announcement as is too important to dilute with any other information.
I do think it will be accompanied by a series of interviews which will not only discuss the critical milestone PDUFA represents but also a firm indication of the US Commercialisation Pathway.
Assuming a successful Approval I would anticipate some concrete announcement a few weeks after PDUFA
Does not matter how advanced the discussions are unless they are actually agreed subject to FDA Approval you may well get late new knockout offers once the total regulatory risk has been eliminated.
Of course I expect that MTFB have already sounded out most of any interested players so they will be fully appraised if most likelhoods
