The question I really want to ask BOD.
When do we reasonably expect when data showing that SCIB1/Conbo and/or Moditope will prove conclusive or otherwise?

C7 fully understand and TF will mostly copy anything relevant across.

US as I said yesterday it is clear to me the warrants that were exercised were probably Northland maybe their impending merger with SP Angel has influenced the timing.

Before game starts.I fully understand why you don’t look at ADVFN given past hostilities but personally find Boom and Goosed posts and know TF often copy’s most relevant across.
The supposed appearance of DE( having met him I don’t doubt it is him) on the board and in particular thinking Booms analysis was spot on is useful imo.
We have moved on from GC but as RR says if we do not build these anticipated events up so high then if SCLP do not hit those heights then the lows will not be so low.The raising of expectations only increases the volatility and that only benefits the traders sure as night follows day.

Interesting that he was I/viewed by Doc H on TMS. They agree on many things but do disagree about FRR and the future here.
As many have said no one can call it here with certainty imo but it should be that we can disagree with valid well made arguments on both sides and then make our own judgements.
When I consider any views negative or positive any side that resorts to calling the other a Fat Barsteward or a Complisive liar and not to be trusted or words to this sane effect.I instantly think can I really trust their judgement however correct the merits of their case.
If you can’t persuade through sound argument then forget it as if you constantly post toxic personal attacks on the other side without evidence then you have lost the argument.

Another point about recruiting the 2 newbies especially Samantha is that it not only lessens the load on likes of Lindy but does slightly reduce the risk here as in the future she will likely gain a lot of experience and become an invaluable member of the team.
I know Lindy is irreplaceable due her level of expertise but being extremely dependent on one individual is in itself a risk and anything that mitigates that risk is a good thing.

I know the YJ referred to one major but they are at different stages.BH have signed an “agreement” though can be terminated at short notice and BP are still looking st data and in discussion with FRR.
So the YJ comment imo is only likely to refer to BH re negotiations re a more formal partnership but of course could be with negotiations with BP to get a initial agreement.
Or discussions with BO could just continue.
My point is it does not mean one of the 2 majors has vacated the scene

He now needs to focus on that. Everything else is just noise and all talk of shareholder actions should be put to one side until we know where we are once the dispute with Hope and Outrider is resolved imho.

Calisto.It certainly does work on patients not renally impaired and may on occasion be used.
The point I am trying to make is this “drug of last resort” is not the target market for Iclaprim but to use in renally impaired patients with ABSSSI who should not use Vancomycin

Yes Iclaprim is only DHFR apart from Trimethoprim and has low propensity to resistance for a variety of reasons.
1.Works within cell.
2.Bacteriocidal rather than Bacteriostatic.
3.Nove chemistry so no cross resistance
4.Not used in animals.

However to repeat for the nth time it’s prime market is in renally impaired patients and not in cases of resistant bacteria

PRTak has good assets but cash burn is extremely high and cost virtuallyb$1bn to get to market compared to approx $100m for Iclaprim assuming Approval
