Both me and you are probably a little cautious based on our experience here but most of the Chartists are very bullish however the most important thing for me is get Approval and find out more about US Commercialisation and yes take some off the table to either Derisk/ take profit to reinvest here or elsewhere but of course leave some in for future.
Also will feel much happier once they actually launch as it will be far easier to predict progress than the journey through the regulatory environment

Many people will be in profit or not too far away as this rises pre PDUFA.It has been a very long wait here and in today’s market this is as about as good as it gets imo.
GL with whatever people decide but at least they should have the opportunity to decide rather than being stuck in an ever decreasing spiral and we have been through that here

After our long experience here am probably more in tune with your thoughts than some of others.Hope for 60p pre Approval and expect big spike on the day but how high will depend much on SP on 12th Feb.
You could easily get your 80p on the day but also conscious of many who will sell after buying at recent lows and of course whether the dreaded ATs kick in or whether they will have vanished.
After that think largely depends on what is said on US Commercialisation and if there is any gap between Approval news and Comercialisation communication.
Personally think GL will do a Proactive I/v on Approval decision and give a hint as to way forward.What he says is crucial to post PDUFA share price action and ultimately type of deal will largely determine future here.
If nothing is said and a bit of a gap I have no doubt it will fall back but of course there us always the possibility if a left field announcement which could get us anywhere.
The beauty of a considerable holding and was always my intention is to have options.
I don’t have a clear exit strategy like hit 80p and Derisk or sell out at 100p as I will always seek to retain some but will take some out if it rises to those levels probably even lower it just depends on the opportunity and of course you can always buy back in

Comparisons with PRTK are useful in terms of peer comparisons re market cap rather than SP reaction but now largely the risk has been eliminated you can use much more traditional pharma methods of DCF valuation.
This depends totally on the choice of commercialisation pathway and partner which imo clarification will come soon after Approval decision.
The last few months have been totally spent on advancing and concluding these discussions and negotiations so am confident news will happen soon.
Approval decision is still a huge milestone but it is the commercial deal that will dictate how the SP will react beyond PDUFA date.

Not to drag up the past but honestly can anyone say 3 years ago that if they knew then what we know now they would be pleased with the real progress towards what the money was raised for.

That is the issue to me why sentiment is poor at the moment and what guarantees are there that we will definitely start any of these trials before the next raise.Personally I think we will but fully understand why some question the ability of the BOD to get us over the line.
In the meantime the SP has slid further down and yes by the same logic I would be sat on over 1m shares here so could make a lot of sense to wait.
What we want imo is balanced debate both points of view discussed in a way that all views are considered and not hijacked into pointless discussions to little end.
Anyone who thinks me and many others are in any less way appreciative of the work being done in the news areas like TCR either fail to understand our posts or deliberately seek to fully concentrate on a small aspect fir their own purposes.
It is purely that see the journey as being different.
It is a basic choice when you have limited resources you prioritise.Me and others see the choice as getting one of the areas over the line whilst others feel getting involved in many interesting areas is the right way to go.
