Did it not say something about yes Hope has won but liability is only $2m and he cannot seek to damage FRR asset beyond that amount ATM.
Obviously if he wants the rest of his accrued debt he can probably seek to claim and sell the asset but can’t FRR in the interim now pay the $2m to halt the seizing of the asset.
If they can’t raise the money or fund it going forward then yes it is game over but looks like it was either FRR did nit exiectvto win but bought time,they have found something in discovery to take the case forward orvtheupybhabe made serious miscalculation but can rectify it by settling $2m default

Quite relaxed and just waiting for announcement.
If as expected it will be just so good but if the unthinkable happens will just carry on and see how it all pans out.
There will still be value even if a CRL issued although I amunder no illusions about the SP impact.
However the odds are very strongly in our favour and I am much more worried about the PSG tie tomorrow night even though we are in good form.
So a late night for me tomorrow at the footy,and up and early for the RNS feed so my week revolves around two big results but TBH I would settle for a huge Wednesday and endure the squeaky bum time tomorrow alongside Fergie

As I see it no way an appeal will succeed unless they have new miaracle evidence.
Justice Kawley is a very experienced judge and has come up with bad judgement on FRR on a number of points do no way is an Appeal Court going to overturn this imo.
Suggests this is sorted outside of the judicial process and FRR must know this is their only recourse.
Would be good to get some comment from FRR through some medium and not just we fought a good case but received a setback and carry on with appeal as they have behaved pretty badly to SH in many cases.

Again what has happened on the ground since technically bankrupt FRR 8 months ago.Dute BH are nit doing loads of free work to lose the asset and BP still interested and have 200 stafff of FRR been paid and he.

Thanks for posting and read through everything and your analysis seems to have been pretty accurate.
As the judge said at the end it is more about a commercial judgement.t moving forward rather than a judicial one.
Let us hope pragmatism takes over,everyone puts past.thoughts apart and work together and try and salvage something my from this mess

I am happy I could not have done any more to position myself better for PDUFA decision which know one knows yet how it will play out but I remain extremely confident.
Being so well researched here and trusting the BOD adds a lot to that confidence to see through the daily ups and downs.
You don’t know if it was a sell or a buy so you only confirm your agenda unless of course you do have inside info but then that really means you are in trouble lol

Plus of course the ROW fir ABSSSI and then you have the potential HABP/VABP indications once they have completed the p3 trials

The renal issue is the central point that MTFB are focusing in their targeting of a Iclaprim.
That is the 936k US patients each year with ABSSSI with impaired kidney function do an addressable market of $2.8bn assuming a 10 day cost of Iclaprim of $3k

MTFB have been learning about the perils of being AIM listed and have had some bad experiences on Nasdaq so they are better placed now and Peel Hunt have been invaluable in this learning and support.
May not mitigate the “ mistake” but as I said if it did not list on AIM it would not have UK listed at all and maybe nit even got anything off the ground.
Also without 2015 Indtitutional placing at 50 p in 2015 would not have got Iclaprim into p3 trials.Like Sheltie have been from start and TBH the first 15 months on AIM was fantastic it was only after the US listing the journey became much more tortuous

It was the only way they could close the Buy out of Nuprim( who owned rights to Iclaprim) on time.It was AIM or no deal.
So yes it brings its issues but without it probably never a UK listing

Personally think it will be confirmed to MTFB after US trading tomorrow and announced 7am Wednesday.

I do believe that Iclaprim will gain approval actually but like you believe it’s not had teven the remotest degree of interest it thought it would. I believe it will have to go alone and in that scenario will trigger huge dilution and take years to recover the SP based on revenue generated through sales if at all. It’s why I have banged on about no Directors Buys.

Of course, Ivy has direct access to GL so am sure he knows far more than all of us.......

I don’t know anymore than anyone else as all being in Lockdown for last 3 months but so glad you think it will get Approved

Also many of BOD like Morgan,Bertoldi.Gokd etc have share options/warrants in MTFB

What it means is MTFB retain right to use fixed dose of 80mg I/v infusion so any new generics will need to go for different formulations and dose rates which requires trial work to back this up adding considerable to any costs of entry.of course they have the full 10 years from plus similar in Europe from date of Approval in relevant jurisdiction and indication
