Yes that is part of my reason for added confidence.The fact that M&G continued to add in December when MTFB would know the queries submitted by FDA and would have responded.
With no AddComm this would be the only way the FDA would be able to challenge if any if safety and efficacy data they were not fully satisfied with.
MTFB would meet with big SH regularly.The lockdown has been in place for 2 months now so anyone claiming to know anything in advance is either speculating or downright lying.
The beauty about this BB is most will know who they can give credibility too but as always it is an individual decision which must make for ourselves.
Mine is to wait for the outcome and remain confident with my heavy exposure but no guarantees in life

For eg it is a binary bet whether any of us will be alive in Saturday but I think most of us would have a bet on the outcome.

Just to be clear this is a PDUFA for a new molecular entity so there will not be many of these Approval decisions by FDA.On other dudes some peeps seem to be confusing labelling changes with these kinds of decisions.
This will be only one of about 1 decision per week by FDA so just be patient.

To try and answer one of unknowns I think under Cayman law if you appeal then the judge will automatically retain the injunction.
With the evidence so far unless some new stuff in discovery I would not hold out too much hope for the appeal.
However the bit about Hope being limited to the $2m re the asset is important

Zib,Agree with what you say but without new compelling evidence we won’t win any appeal so the injunction will be lifted at that point imo.
So we have a few options.
1.OOC-seems to be judges preference.
2,Stay is by Hope to say no point in going to Appeal as no case to answer if no new evidence has come up.
3.Stay is by FRR( which I can’t think of many reasons) but to delay things moving forward as they have new evidence.
Perhaps others can suggest how FRR will gain by stay application.
We simply don’t know how this will play out yet but obviously CC has gone in Hopes favour so far but YJ/Malcy/ZM comments to Mole are encouraging but we have reason to doubt FRR word as imo we can’t just take what they say without being circumsoect
