@CF73 I have a reasonable holding in kdnc made with a view to exposure to Lithium.

Zulu [Mauco] from my research, has all the credentials for a very profitable investment.

Control over DFS, and if adjudged feasible, a 30% stake with exclusive marketing rights.

I fully expect an announcement on Monday for kdnc to proceed.

My only caveat is that I would wish to see the expenditure fully funded from outset.

Simple answer is that the BOD have already stated that they wish to have some
control over future investments.

We have no control over bcn shares [or the Sonora jv] with the result that our NAV
has been reduced by actions of another BOD.

Different situation with Zulu or St Luis.

@Darkelf your recent post [the first on kdnc for a long time] states "it is dead"

This would suggest you feel the shares are worthless.

As a substantial shareholder I obviously think otherwise.

Would you be good enough to share your research to validate your statement.

Any failure to respond with clear analysis would suggest you are just trying to be provocative
without any reliable information to justify your comment..

A glance at deals today will show offer price is circa 0.1825.

I still say mm is struggling to fill yesterdays purchases and is now short.

Any decent sized buying right now would send sp north very quickly.

At 14.14 mm reduces bid to .165 and widens spread to accommodate sale of £23 !!

Look out for yet another Gov incentive for battery tech to be announced today.

Birmingham is latest city to announce vehicle emission charges for city centre.

Many cities world wide will do likewise, thus encouraging electric vehicle usage.

@FrankieH I think you refer to me on "downgrade" of opinion here.

Now have 80million+ shares in kdnc and have stopped buying --at least temporarily.

I would consider a "strong buy" opinion as a confirmation of intention.

Reason for holding off is that I have an exposure limit for any one share in my portfolio.

No less optimistic on future, particularly if Zulu DFS is funded from outset.

@Dallasdaz Agreed long term, but in my view the BOD would be negligent if they
were to announce go ahead with DFS and no funding confirmation at same time.
That would affect sentiment -- and supposition that funding could be problematical.

They must have learned from bcn experience, surely?

@FrankieH I appreciate and respect your view on Zulu but I see the proposal with
Prem as outlined on 27th June as being an excellent opportunity for kdnc.

Looks to me that with the Argentine peso devaluation and restrictions on dollar
withdrawals, we are fortunate at having a permit delay. Also another IMF bailout
pending will bring further restrictions. Best left on the back burner I hope.

Re Zulu [owned by Mauco Ltd] the scoping study undertaken by Prem in 2017
estimated NPV [net present value] of Lithium deposits at $845million.
Kdnc is likely to invest $5.1million over 5 stages and at each stage our payments
for work carried out will be converted into Mauco shares up to 30% of company.

In addition kdnc will be given rights to market all mineral products from Zulu.
Collectively a fantastic return on our investment.

Yes we will have to find the funding but we are an investment company after all.
I am expecting a] the current CLN to be refinanced [with no equity conv terms]
b] private placing with corporate funds at or near present sp.

With the new President of Zimbabwe clearly now courting foreign investment
this is a great time to get involved early. Currently mining accounts for approx
50% of export income and government actively wants this to increase.

An opportunity not to be missed in my view.

@Dalladaz Whilst it is clear we have been on a downward path, it has also been clear
since the Zulu project DFS announcement that if we proceed [and I will post later why I
think we should] funding will be needed.

This scares pi's thinking of dilution or even cash calls, thus weakening sentiment and I
am sure some have sold, hoping to buy back when details are provided.

We have also been affected by bcn funding debacle reducing our asset value.

I remain certain that the selling of lithium mining shares has been overdone.

@MJFMSG I noticed you mentioned Barclays previously re your dealings.

A year ago I transferred one of my dealing accounts from that bank due to their awful admin.

I feel sure, with the sums of money your appear to have invested, that another dealing platform
would welcome you and steer you through automated trading.

It is no more difficult that e-mailing or posting on this bb!

@ MJFMSG agreed, I always use automated dealing, you then know exactly the sp.

Saves mm and broker getting notice and upping sp accordingly.

Offer is 0.175 at present, just checked with dummy deal.

@MJFMSG good to see you still retain a positive future outlook----however fragile.

As, maybe, a consolation I am still buying 1million yesterday on Nex and 500 + 999500 today.

My 500 was a mistake! Put in a dummy purchase just to check sp and pressed wrong button.

Certain BOD will announce take up of Zulu DFS. Lets hope funding is confirmed.

Zulu may well be a game changer for kdnc it is a huge resource.
