Oh Dear!

In the interest of balanced posts, I am still buying. Not sold any yet.

Purchased more kdnc last week and very happy to hold.

Look forward to lithium stocks being re-rated by the market in 2019.

My last contribution here for 2018 whatever the negative response may be.

Although not directly involving kdnc the appointment of Citigroup Global Markets
Ltd to act for bcn is in my view a positive development for us.

CGM are very active throughout Europe and have offices in Dubai.

The group has the influence and experience to assist in financing bcn.

When this happens our jv at Sonora will surely be back in play.

I am surprised bcn sp has not reacted more positively to this appointment.

Just shows imv how negative general market sentiment is on lithium stocks.

@Frankie hopefully I can provide an answer---at least the way the BOD see it!

kdnc 6.95% 9,324,120

a] shares purchased at £1 approx 4.5million
b] aver per share for total holding [per KM] = 0.65p
c] total cost of holding 9,324,120 x 0.65p £6,060,678
d] deduct 4.5m @£1 £4,500.000
----------------
e] cost of balance £1,560,678

f] balance of shares 9,324,120-4,500,000 = 4,824,120

g] aver therefore excluding 4.5m purchase is
1,560,678 divided by 4,824,120 = 0.3235p per share

So the BOD say we can still sell over 4.8million shares at a profit!

I am not saying I agree, but I hope that is a little clearer.

Worth a listen to podcast from Alan Green on Vox----very positive on kdnc.

Not me this time, although I have gone over 100m shares.

Still buying at this sp.

I have to agree a fall of 50%+ on kdnc sp over the last 12months is disappointing.

Our two main investments [bcn & emh] have also experienced large falls in their sp.

However for kdnc to fail means that both bcn & emh would have to cease to exist.

Both these investments imv have excellent prospects of success.

They are well placed, geographically and with proven reserves to supply
lithium to battery manufacturers for both ev's and storage in future.

Patience could well be rewarded handsomely, I am happy to wait.

There is general agreement that funding for bcn development when [not if]
agreed will have a beneficial effect on the sp.
There are a few options as to how this may be achieved but one in particular
would imv be very positive for kdnc.

As the proposed funding from institutions [about 4 months ago] floundered,
there is clearly not current appetite to go down that route----and certainly
not attractive to bcn PI shareholders at the present depressed sp.

An option which I hope is being explored is for a jv for Sonora [La ventana]
with the other party part funding development in return for a meaningful
share of future profits and complete ownership of the processing plant.
This might also be coupled with financial [loan] assistance from Hanwa
to secure early commencement of the offtake agreement.

Such a scenario would bring into play the Mexilit/Megalit jv held by kdnc
as surely any major investor would wish to maximise output from the
new processing plant --and may even wish to acquire our 30% share
to eliminate 3rd party involvement.

I appreciate I am biased here but it does appear to me that the market
has yet to recognise the potential in bcn and ultimately in kdnc from
this investment alone.

I am not a mining or mining finance expert and these views are entirely
my own but I open them up for comment.

Some posters may be interested to learn that after my purchases today
[1m on lse 2.5m on nex] I now hold 100 million shares in kdnc.

Great assets, great future prospects.

Still a conviction buy for me.

@Obs & Frankie, thank you for your kind words, I feel very humble.

I did not have any intention of further posts on this bb due to accusations
in the past that I was lying.

At the AGM I did take documentary proof of my holding. Since then I have
added more and now hold 96.5million.

I have not sold any shares in kdnc since I started buying about 1 year ago.

It is sad that some cannot understand my belief in this share which imv has
excellent prospects, a conviction buy.

@MJFMSG Thank you for your genuine comments as a shareholder here.

I have stated that I will not post here again but your words prompted me
to make one last contribution.

You are quite right to point out that, particularly on AIM, share prices are
very volatile.

KDNC does have investments with excellent prospects and my view remains
positive. The lithium storey is just beginning, demand will be huge.

For my final comment [at the risk of irritating certain posters] I am still buying,
1m yesterday and 1.4m today I now hold over 90 million.

That is definitely my last post on this bb

The main reason for lack of wealth fund/institutional investment is the market cap.

Funds limit their interest to co's with m cap over £50m for liquidity of investment.

It is a chicken and egg, if our investments perform and m cap does rise then
institutions would probably invest, pushing m cap higher!

@mrc the same sort of comments were being made about SolGold [solg]
when I invested in 2014. Take a look at charts since.

I don't want to be a hero---just to be proved right eventually, will be fine!

@JackbNimble I am indeed flattered by your concern of my financial welfare.

For your information I now hold over 1% of kdnc share capital and happy to do so.

To allay your concern, I limit my exposure to any investment I make to a figure that
I am prepared to lose in full.

I have always stated that my investment here would be for a minimum 2/3 years.

Whilst it is true I am showing a book loss currently I do expect to realise a good profit
in due course. The outlook for Lithium use in battery development is very positive.

@London74 A very clear and bold statement.

Can you advise all other shareholders on what information your comment is based exactly.

If you are correct [which I doubt] the market for future battery development does not exist!

Can't blame the mm for dropping sp late on.

He now has 12.5m to sell --presumably a lth baling out?

Would not countenance doing that myself but as I always say, it take two opposing views
to make a market.

Plenty of positive news in recent announcements from our investee co's.

Macarthur Minerals--12% equity stake

Auroch Minerals--approx 7% stake

Both are mineral exploration co's with excellent prospects--not recognised in our sp.

@FrankieH Yes I was indeed [and still am] keen on the economics of any future
development of Zulu. It has massive potential.

What has changed, and why I say we are better away from any close tie with Prem,
is the dismissive way the CEO George Roach appears to treat his company shareholders.

The recent Webinar and RNS announcement were a disaster and to me showed that he feels
that his way is the only way. A difficult CEO to do business with in my view.

I thus feel our BOD came to the same conclusion and stepped aside.

Judging by the reaction of Prem shareholders [and sp] to the webinar today by the CEO
we did well to move away from Zulu. Far too autocratic---maybe that is why we quit?
