My take on kdnc/zulu DFS.

Zulu Lithium project in Zimbabwe is owned by Zimbabwe Lithium Mauritius Ltd [Mauco]
registered in Mauritius and a wholly owned subsidiary of Premier African Minerals.

DFS costs for kdnc at $5.1m [when 30% of Mauco is acquired] have yet to be funded.
At the AGM I was left with the distinct impression that funding [placing?] was quite
possible, at least for initial expenditure.

Back in January Prem announced that their BOD had "decided" to seek a separate
listing on AIM for Mauco. It is likely in due course this will happen -with 30% for kdnc?
Zulu is huge. Scoping study showed estimated gross revenues of $1billion.

New Zimbabwe president is pro inward investment [eg recent deals with Vast Diamonds
and Impala Platinum] and has held trade talks with 60 Chinese businessmen. He has
stated that the Government will guarantee all new foreign investment and property rights.

I feel sure KM and our BOD will announce a go ahead with Zulu soon and I would expect
funding at the same time.
IMV this could be massive for kdnc particularly as we will control DFS and JV terms.

For the posters who chose not to attend AGM KM mentioned in answer to my question:

Via other BOD members discussions had taken place for funding for "specific" investments.
I took that to be Zulu and/or St Luis. Hopefully with firm not short term holders.

Yes maybe a private placing [and dilution] but after bcn debacle a general offer
would be a concern to me.

From a question from another investor KM stated he was in discussion with bcn on the jv.
His aim was to clarify terms to be able to make a realistic valuation.


As an observation, I have only met KM twice but he strkes me as honest and pragmatic.
He has always answered my questions with knowledge and sincerity imv.

I already had details myself which is why I posted "floater" to see if there was any interest.

LME accepting Lithium as a marketable commodity will be monumental for the sector.

Lets hope they can agree a worldwide purity standard for trades.

I hope that LME will soon be able to agree a standard for Lithium dealing as a commodity.

Early indications are that this will be concluded by end 2018, demand exists.

When there is a commodity price reference, funding for development should be more accessible.

Both producers and lenders can then hedge their exposure to future market volatility.

Now that this bb has returned to sanity I thought that a comment on Zulu apt.

I have researched as much as is possible in the public domain on Zulu Lithium.

The reserves are huge as proven so far and imv Prem lacks experienced human
resources at Board level to maximise potential.

KM stated at AGM that discussions had taken place on funding for specific projects.
I took that to mean Zulu in particular.

Now that the new Zimbabwe government is actively seeking foreign investment
it seems an excellent time to invest subject to satisfactory conclusion of DD.

@ Degsie as ever a succinct and informative post. Having also attended the AGM
[as far as I am aware none of the negative posters did so] your comments reflects
the BOD answers to questions.

@FrankieH apologies for delay in replying but I have been away a few days.
The overall impression of BOD replies to my questions and discussion afterwards
was positive. Suffice it to say I have not sold any shares since AGM and have no
intention of doing so in near future.

Despite the message of gloom from posters here today, there were many more
shares purchased than sold, inc on Nex.

Pleased to see lower sp has meant many more buys than sales on both lse & nex.

An eagerly awaited AGM.

Much talk of imminent placing etc.

It may be we have sufficient cash to fund phase 1 of Zulu [$1.5m]

Cash at 31st Dec 2017 was £2m have we used all of that on CLN and salaries?

May be we could also increase recycled loan-- now not to be Convertible [per Kiran]

Would be better to see bcn funding terms first--we all assume that will be achieved.

A few months breathing space could bring better market sentiment imv.

Just too many positives for future of lithium to ignore.

Purchased further 1.75 million shares yesterday.

Look forward to meeting genuine shareholders at AGM.

Zanu party has history of nationalism and being anti British.

Sure George Roach with his personal stake in Prem will have friends in high places.

Have to hope new President beds in well and is able to attract foreign investment as promised.

I am still stating " strong buy" as I am still buying for long term.

As there are no institutions investing I cannot see "shorting" of kdnc, just pi's giving in.

@degsie Although true I started my working life in stockbroking, I eventually left for a
career in financial services becoming a Fellow of Institute of Bankers.

Another career change enabled me to set up my own business[s] in financial advice
and property development. So I have been out of broking for many years.

However, as I understand if sensitive [i.e.to sp] information was given at AGM as it is
not open to general public that would be inside information. Happy to be proved wrong though.

As an aside, in the case of Tesla information given on social media [by tweet] is OK in USA!
