bcn up, emh up, kdnc down over 5%.despite significant increase in NAV

Crazy price imv.

Good to see a buyer with [like me] confidence in BOD new strategy.

I have purchased more this week, although I will not give figure as that
appears to provoke charge of incredulity from some posters.

This is still a conviction buy for me at present sp.

I feel a lot of PI's have given in and sold due to extended timescale of projects.

Potential is there, but some [not me] mistrust BOD ability to deliver.

"The company only operates a basic pension scheme for its directors and
employees as required by UK legislation"

I do not, and consider present BOD totally independent.

@FrankieH Well I am still here, although held off buying of late.

We are affected by drifting of sp of both bcn & emh.

Have recently purchased bcn directly and convinced funding imminent.

Maybe kdnc AGM on hold until announcement from bcn.

St Luis costs in short term are by share offering so no further cash outlay.

However I am with you @Bannor we will need clarity on refinancing CLN.

Not selling at all, looking ahead next 2yrs we have great prospects.

@Bannor you may be surprised but I am in basic agreement with your synopsis although more upbeat. The BOD have options and IMV the ability to negotiate a satisfactory outcome. Good reason for shareholders to attend AGM and discuss with directors. Pleased to note that you have a target of 1p per share ---a rise of over 350%

@ Bannor & mrcautious you both clearly have a different view to myself in respect of the capabilities of the BOD of Cadence. I look forward to meeting you both at the forthcoming AGM as you present your petition. If you do not attend it would only demonstrate the weakness of your viewpoint and your personal conviction. Please have the decency to face the Board directly if you wish to represent disaffected shareholders.

@degsie thanks for the post, good to know independent analyst holds my view. This is why I have now increased my holding to 65million+ I agree we are on hold until bcn announce funding--their CEO is confident. OK you need balls to buy more---but I have plenty! Always backed my own judgement when investing so DYOR please.

@FrankieH thank you for your contributions, keep asking questions even "experts" do not know everything. I do intend to ask a question at AGM--although not giving details here. As regards my average cost, I have been steadily buying for over 6 months by reinvesting from sales elsewhere. Surely others can do likewise? Present market turnover is woeful and a good chance to av down IMV as any material buying will reflect in sp. Hence my average is now close to .25p for bulk of my holding.

I almost feel I have to apologise to interrupt the negatives on this BB I intend to be at forthcoming AGM and hope the moaners will also although I very much doubt they will. Take another look at kdnc market investments. 20% EMH 8% BCN 15% Macarthur Minerals 7% Auroch Work out NAV for yourselves---present MCap is circa £17m All non quoted investments are rated as £nil by the market. Downside risk here must be very limited.
