I certainly do not follow this BOD [or any other] with blind faith, although I do have trust in their ethics.

Resolutions 4/5 do need explanation.I will be asking for reason why pi's should be ignored [in placings etc].
at the AGM if this question is not addressed before. I reserve my vote until then.

There are other matters I will raise if not resolved to my satisfaction beforehand.

Clearly the BOD is dealing with a number of issues at present, I wish to know their priorities.
As has been stated they have a good hand to play, I may, or may not, be satisfied with the answers.

Just an observation.

Sterling has fallen 10.5% against $ and 5% against Aus $ since mid April.

Thus increasing value of unquoted investments [inc jv's] in Sterling terms.

@FrankieH Pleased to read a post supporting AGM attendance.

Those that continually post a diatribe of negativity and blame will not be attending.

They prefer the anonymity of a bb to sneer and jibe at genuine investors.

I benefit from AGM's, meeting Directors face to face and the opportunity to question them.

May I suggest that the arena to promote shareholder disaffection/frustration is the AGM?

This bb may not even be viewed by Directors and so has little influence with them.

Face to face in a public meeting has much more effect.

Apparently last year AGM was poorly attended, thus I would imagine, giving the BOD
the impression that more regular communication with shareholders was not necessary.

A large attendance could change that perception. This is the one chance per year to do so.

As I was not a shareholder last August I did not attend AGM. As a shareholder I do attend other AGM's.

I will be asking a few questions of BOD if they are not addressed in forthcoming webinar on 17th.

To be clear that I am not representing any other shareholders I would not post them on this bb.

It is pleasing to hear that BOD responded to all questions last year, that is how matters should be.

If we did sell, we could always take a CFD equal to shares sold. That is assuming
[I think we all do] bcn will eventually come good.

Would support CLN renegotiation on basis of BOD "exploring" disposal of some assets.

Hopefully profit on sale [one for the accountants to wrestle with!] and funds set aside for
Zulu & St Louis to get to dfs--assuming we go ahead with either.

As I said interesting AGM in prospect.

Over on the PREM bb today evidence has emerged of multiple posts using
different i/d's by the same person--mostly negative in content.

Let me be quite clear.

I now hold in excess of 73million kdnc shares.

Do not believe me? Attend AGM and I will show proof to you or anyone else.

No I have not sold ANY since I started buying last Autumn.

I buy in small lots because there is a limit to automatic trading deals and I prefer to know
exactly what the price will be rather than let the mm charge more that quoted sp.

It is your prerogative to disbelieve but please don't question my integrity.

For the record my purchases were 1m at 8.14 and .75m at 8.48 on Nex

@maddog you may be right [and to be fair you have been for the last few months]
but I am gradually building up a reasonable holding and prefer to buy "on the drip"
rather than on one or two deals.

The phrase "pound cost averaging" comes to mind--but this only works if price eventually rises!

Still my average is well within bounds of present sp--happy with that.

@Wingnut1 I have seen some of the posts on prem bb--I hope you find kdnc a little
more civilsed and tolerant of opposing views.

You have to admire kdnc BOD for timing of Zulu due diligence, straddling the Zim
general election.

If the result is major civil unrest, we can walk away with little outlay.
If new government is accepted it is likely to encourage foreign investment.

As you say huge potential for prem/kdnc partnership in Zulu development,
which the market just ignores.

A thank you to those other posters here who contributed to make this
bb worth a good read today.

Like many I remain puzzled why the market values our assets so moderately.

Some reading this today may conclude there is real value to be released here.
