@observer842 I am now looking forward to the AGM with great interest.

The BOD have a number of decisions to make--I hope they read this bb.

Now is surely the time to start to realise shareholder value if they wish to
pursue new ventures, and not borrow or dilute further with placing etc.

I can understand shareholder frustration with past BOD decisions but for
myself I have only been here for approx 9 months so I am not an agitator.

Do now feel that "stale" investment of bcn jv, where we have no control, could
be realised for decent profit, giving shareholder return and change of direction
in to newer ventures, proper funding.

I will certainly raise this issue at AGM if this is not addressed by BOD before.

@Bannor you may be surprised but I do not disagree at all.

When bcn funding is complete [as it surely will be] assuming our jv area is not
to be developed in short term, a few pounds in the pocket may look attractive.

The BOD are being backed in to a corner with future capex and temporary
hiccups in bcn [funding] and emh [politics] affecting the sp's of each company.

Would be good news for shareholders to negotiate Sonora jv sale [at least equal
to 1p per share] and have plenty of funds to pursue other younger projects, which
appear to me to have great potential.

We all want sp to improve maybe this is a good opportunity to realise some shareholder
value whilst bcn is in play.

@Bannor, I do not class you as one of our negative posters---you have always been
positive of the eventual value of our jv at bcn, and I will buy into that.

You also share my unease at the CLN renegotiation pending. This, if not resolved
before AGM will be one of my main questions for BOD to address at meeting.

I always find aim co's AGM's more interesting as they are rarely dominated by
institutional investors and BOD's thus have to deal with pi's questions. Also I have
a much greater chance of talking to individual directors.

Well I certainly do not wish to evoke sympathy for my investment in kdnc.

Since starting work in 1960 in stockbroking I have had an interest in equities.

Retiring 10 yrs ago this is now more of a hobby to look for "value" shares in my portfolio.

The point I was making is that with paltry turnover of late it is impossible to buy a reasonable
number [say 5million] at one time at quoted sp. Therefore I wait and buy small quantities.

Many negative posters still appear to hold so clearly have a view that there could be a recovery.

I am sure they would prefer to have purchased at or near to present sp.

Providing I am not out of UK at the time of AGM, I will attend, and ask questions of the BOD.

Finally I am a man of principle and make my own investment decisions. Interested in all posters
comments, both for and against, without both there would be no stock market!

@JackbNimble yes I did add [top up] my holding by a further 3 million @ .20p this week.

Unfortunately I missed the late drop in quote today--would have bought more.

Total turnover today less than 5 million shares.

Not willing to chase up sp by buying large number in one transaction.

Very happy to hold here for future.

Looks like most pi's like me are put off by a 10%+ spread.

@chuckypowers no joke for me: another 1.5m purchased today.

Still without a differing of views there would be no market.

At least I back my opinion with hard cash.

Nevertheless I am buying again--probably more today.

We are all aware of gradual downward movement of the sp.

I speculate on some sales, e.g. yesterday two x 4m in short order.

I have noticed in recent weeks somewhat similar transactions.

Are they, disaffected personal holders acting independently

a large holder selling on the drip

an 'engineering' move to keep sp at or below nav

Or am I just getting paranoid?

Whatever the answer may be the BOD do not directly control sp but is someone trying to?

@Si90 I have also purchased a reasonable holding in bcn in last 7 days.

So I have the best of both worlds?

Prefer kdnc however for spread of assets.

Nevertheless I am disappointed on market view of future prospects here.

Almost feel I should apologise for being more positive here!

Just purchased another 1.5 m

I do not buy for short term but on 2/3 yr view.

The lithium market will be transformed during that period imv.

p.s. may buy more yet!

Cost savings? No NI contributions?

Hopefully also only payment for hours worked.

Total turnover [inc Nex] today only circa 2.5 million.

No tricks, just no trades!

@Bannor I am with you on CLN from Iskander. Approx £2.85m outstanding.

Repayment due Sept 2018, my guess is renegotiation.

Maybe alternative loan source now bcn terms are known to market.

Personally,despite costs, would not wish to see sale of emh or bcn jv currently.

If not announced before AGM a definite question from me to BOD.

However I have only done what many others could do and averaged down.

OK I am fortunate to afford to take a decent stake but it needs courage of conviction.

Many on this board need to stand back and take a new look at current assets and prospects.

Please sell and leave --- I would buy your holding, you clearly have lost interest.

My problem has been inability to buy a decent number of shares at any one time.

For example todays total turnover was only 17 million.

If you have no balls to remain without fatuous comments----sell !

Despite reservations you both are basically optimistic of kdnc.

There you must agree with me that present sp does not reflect future prospects.

Currently hold 70 million, all purchased within last 6 months.

This is a conviction buy for me as a "value" long term investor.

I do not ramp, but I consider this share has very little downside risk at this sp.

EMH [where we hold 20% of equity] moved up 13%+ today.

The political situation in CZ is being resolved ---according to their bb

Thus kdnc NAV has increased substantially again.

With both bcn & emh moving up surely this sp will react soon.
