For the record David Lenigas resigned from BOD of kdnc on 21st Dec 2015.

I go along with the supposition that we sold a good part of our holding in bcn today.

With present uncertain outlook & speculation at bcn I would rather have cash in bank
to cover loan payments.

@Dallasdaz I am happy with that. So no recording after all then.

@Dallasdaz & FrankieH This is, I consider, a serious matter.

I attended AGM last August at not inconsiderable expense. Had I been aware my
comments were to be recorded and broadcast I would not have done so.

Dallas I ask again: How do I obtain a copy? You appear to have obtained one for
yourself. I can find no mention of this facility on the Cadence website.

Is your copy official or a bootleg production maybe? Was there a "mole" at AGM?

@Dallasdaz Next question is: How do I obtain a copy of recording?

If I am on it [and I will be] surely I have a right to a copy.

@Observer842 Your comments on Nex bb re Sonora are worth repeating here.

I have always considered our jv to be "in play" as and when funding for bcn
takes place, in whatever format that is.

Looks likely, when completed, existing bcn shareholders will be a minority.

@MJFMSG After all the disappointment you have experienced, your last sentence
is more encouraging than any research conclusions I have reached.

Positive sentiment in a share is all important.

In my post early Wed morning I stated " I have to reserve judgement for
the present" This was interpreted as a doubt, on my part, of the qualifications
of the BOD to oversee the latest acquisitions in W Australia.
I do not hold such a view.

To clarify, my reservation was solely in respect to the potential benefit to kdnc
of these new exploration areas.

Since that time I have researched, as much as possible [and ably assisted by posters
Obs & News here and on Nex] on a laptop, the details of the transaction.
My personal conclusion is that this is a great deal for kdnc.

I have today purchased more shares as a consequence.

No doubt others will disagree, but then that is why there is a market for shares.
For every buyer there is a seller!

@Frankie I was aware that 2x3m @.1015 & 1x3m @.1049 were buys.

It is a pity that some posters always want to try to post negative comments.

Anyway welcome back with your repurchases.

Don't be fooled by the [apparent] sells listed. The bid/ask is far narrower than
10% at the moment. Why don't mm's quote real dealing prices?

Agreed @flybyboy with ev's and battery storage tech improvement
outlook for copper price is very positive imv.

According to RNS of 28th January "as soon as reasonably practical following
completion of the Subscription" which was announced on 28th February.

So, I guess within next week or so--- I have purchased a few more shares today
hoping I would qualify for a few more at 1.4p on a pro rata basis.

Lets also hope with funding now secured,we can reach targeted production regularly.

Plus the big difference in the latest investments in Argentina & Australia is that kdnc
has the opportunity to control any potential mining developments.
This has not been the case with bcn/emh/jv's to date with obvious downside to our sp.

Whether one feels the BOD is capable of overseeing this change in direction is a
matter of individual opinion. I have to reserve judgement for the present.

@observer842 "The company is probably worth around £4m after debt on listed
assets alone" That is exactly the figure I came to last weekend when I carried out
a reassessment of this stock in my portfolio. Conclusion---Hold.

Like yourself I see positives from RNS announcement on Monday.

Hold that! it looks like 4% another 0 has been transposed onto the line
below on my print out!

Still we are shareholders.

@tomcat you may be interested to learn that Cadence Minerals is listed as beneficial
owner of substantial number [approx 40%] of fully paid ordinary shares in each company.

Are they listed as part of our assets?

I continue to be happy to hold here for recovery of sp for the very reason, as has
been stated, that there is real potential in our jv's which at some point will be brought
in to play.

On the matter of present sp it is clear that the poor performance of bcn & emh have
been very relevant to this. Who among us would have thought 12 months ago that
both company sp's would collapse ---for differing reasons?

Therefor imv the shift to having control over future investments is to be welcomed.

With regard to the recent RNS Lithium Technologies Pty Ltd [acn 619 683 859]
and Lithium Supplies Pty Ltd [acn 621 172 478]
are both recently [mid 2017] formed Australian companies.

Unlike UK, Australian Ltd company details can remain private.
Does any one have detail of who beneficial owners or Directors are for these co's?
Maybe if any one has access to our BOD [who should know] they could ask.

and return to find you in full flow!

I have remained positive on kdnc [only last Friday adding to my holding] and at
times seemed to have a very contrary view to most posters.

As stated before, Yangibana jv is the favourite for me as a pending asset sale.

It must be remembered that kdnc can walk away before Stage 2 commitment
if exploration results do not justify further development.

A positive RNS imv, with potential. After all investing in projects before mining
takes place is what we do. That has to be speculative.
