Among other quoted investment holdings kdnc have 19.2% of European Metals [emh]
Present mcap £25.6m x 19.2% = £4.9million Not skint then after all!

Yes, our Sonora jv is the wild card here.The bcn funding deal is the key to this being unlocked.

As I have stated before a major cornerstone partner would [and more to the point could afford to]
quickly develop as much of the area as possible imv, to maximise return.

Given that scenario our jv would be in the mix. Not a certainty, but a possibility at least,

Not challenging any other figures but my reckoning of MMS mcap value to kdnc is £1.7m
Can$29.73m mcap = £16.70m x 10.1%. Ignoring any entitlement to future net income.

With the backing of Glencore off take agreement I would expect funding for the mining
development to be arranged fairly quickly. As we all know, confirmation of full funding
does wonders for a company's sp. So I am positive here, future for MMS seems secure.

As an observation, kdnc closing sp was still 100% increase from Thursdays open,
and yet we had negative posters. Quite extraordinary!

@Bannor If Sonora jv does get bought out, I will probably be right behind you!

Would be worth megabucks to kdnc----and a real possibility imv with a major
cornerstone funding for bcn. As I said much to look forward to.

With regard to the off take agreement signed by Glencore, I find it difficult to believe that
a major International mining conglomerate would enter in to such a contract without taking
due diligence.

On that basis I am prepared to accept sufficient ore of satisfactory quality will be available
to be mined as per the agreement. Good for Macarthur and good for Cadence.

Although this deal has dominated postings today, do not lose sight of the fact that kdnc is
primarily invested in Lithium mining assets. Much to look forward to in next year or so imv.

I wanted to buy below 16p!

I have been holder of bcn in recent past but not at present.

I visit this bb for information as a holder of kdnc shares.

Many posters here seem to dismiss dilution on funding as insignificant.

I am cautious of buying bcn until funding is completed for the following reasons:

RNS 16th July 2018 Agreed equity investment from SGRF $65m & Hanwa $25
conditional on full $460m construction funding.

RNS 19th July 2018 Further $220m required, some further equity raise?

So with present MCap of $45m [being generous] there would be substantial dilution imv.
Barring some alternative this would point to a minority stake for current shareholders.

Obviously outright sale of assets would reduce dilution. I await the funding package.

This mirrors my positive opinion of future outlook for kdnc change in direction.

Precisely why I have continued to buy and now hold 111 million shares.

The number 111 has numerical significance in some quarters.

@Observer 842 With ref to future demand there is another source : recycling.

In due time mining/extraction from sea water/recycling could all be viable options.

Cost of production/quality will dictate volume demand from each.

Clearly mining for immediate future.

A lot of uninformed posters previously. Why do they not read the RNS?

The mere sniff of a prospective major investor in bcn has reawakened their sp.

I make no apologies for again giving my view that any large investor in bcn will
surely want to consider maximising production asap. Given that our jv is part of
a significant resource which can be brought into production, in addition to the
proposed development, this factor is simply not reflected in the current kdnc sp.

Clearly it is not a "done deal" but it is a distinct possibility after the news of today.

@observer842 Agreed, I have stated this many times on kdnc bb.

I guess we still hold some shares in bcn as well.

@jimb2 Although not directly related, you may be interested to learn that Birmingham
City Council are to bring in a Clean Air Charge for motor vehicles entering the inner city
area from January 2020.
There are certain exemptions but this will mainly affect Lorries,Diesel vehicles and
older cars. EV's are clearly exempt.

A sign of change which I predict will come to pass for all major conurbations both in
UK and abroad.

@nomadicinvestor "kdnc caused the fall into the low 20's" In the interests of factual
information I refer you to the RNS of 13th Dec when it was disclosed that Blackrock had
sold down its holding from 9.96% to under 5% by disposing of 4.5m shares, this being
the reason for the fall in sp at that time.

@observer842 I am sure you do not need to be reminded that your figure of 0.29p
for a fully funded equity raise is precisely within the range [.25p to .30p] given by the
CEO of kdnc in a webcast early December.

He was castigated greatly by posters on this bb and bcn even issued RNS on 11th Dec
in an attempt to discredit this figure.
