@observer842 I agree with your predication. Whilst it was feasible to limit production if bcn had to
fund from own borrowing it makes no sense for a strategic investor the size of Ganfeng
to hold back.

Finance is there, mining experience is there, demand is there, so I expect to see large
increase in mining development. As I have previously stated our jv's will surely come in
to play with substantial benefit to kdnc.

@observer842 Yes a great deal, critically with an income flow end 2019.

My guess is that for last few weeks sp has been held back by placing shares [end Mar]
still awaiting firm holders. W H Ireland underwrote but with fall in kdnc sp must have
taken on board quite a few.

However, todays buying and closing around .16p would suggest to me they are close
to clearing that overhang---bear in mind there are currently no institutions invested so
all would have gone to PI's.

This news increases markedly the earlier development of our 30% jv.

Gangfeng 29.9% investment in Bacanora
22.5% inverstment in Sonora

Reckon with that kind return and standing of strategic partner our jv is very valuable

bcn [jv] are about to announce funding and/or partner for Sonara
has [Yangibana jv] is progressing well

News from any of the above could make our present sp look very cheap
plus we now have Western Australia lithium exploration assets.

Besides Iron Ore in Western Australia MMS has Nevada Lithium brine to develop.

kdnc owns 10% of MMS, just one of our investments which are looking positive at present.

It is good to see that over the last few days what I would call "proper" posts have been made.

Having returned after an extended break I am also pleased to welcome back Frankie, keep
up your compositions, quite erudite in content.

The speed of current public reaction to climate change etc can only assist in quickening
development of kdnc investments. Watching emh news for next positive move for us.

I am more bullish than ever here---have not sold any of my holding.

Looks to me as though we could be close--a buy signal for some.

I am not altogether motivated by charts but accept they have to be considered.
Much more of a contrarian myself, which always means a long term view.

Obsever842 re Glenmore release of 70% offtake, I took this to mean,

Glencore is not currently providing direct funding.

But they would be willing to assist any future Strategic Investor [Chinese?] by allowing the
offtake agreement to be shared up to 70% of existing agreement.

Thus helping MMS to fund with trade rather than bank finance and presumably longer and
cheaper repayment terms.

Gives MMS options to explore for development finance and Glencore reassurance that supply
would not rely on any future finance from them.

Could be interpreted differently though!

Consequently I am still showing a profit on my total holding at todays closing sp.

Very confident for future of kdnc and look forward to greater capital gains. Not selling.

@Si90 There are many investors in equities who are higher rate tax payers and
invest for capital appreciation. One of the reason I hold here.

@garyn and I am guessing you are aware that a strategic shareholding can sometimes
command a premium to market value. Just hypothetical like your comment.
