Compo, yes I'd agree that should the dispute end unfavorably to Kodal and Kodal are liable for the full amount, I'd expect it highly likely that the payment wouldn't come as cash from the plc but rather a structured payment based on Kodal share of profits from kmuk.

Seems to be missing information about cost to produce and final pricing for all 3 shipments to date.

We're slowly being drip fed the actual details behind the off take pricing.. which are markedly different to the previously stated market price.
