This statement is correct in that the last drilling campaign, for which all results have been reported (unless some have been withheld but surely Bernard wouldn't do that), said drilling campaign concluded within this reporting period.

At the campaign conclusion the mre upgrade wasn't produced as further drilling was required and THAT further drilling has not taken place and will not until kmuk have appropriate funding available.

I know you don't want to hear or believe that, but that's simply how it is.

The point below is quite simple, get the permit in August or kmuk will be facing financial difficulties.
