I think the answer is fairly evident from the satellite pictures though..

How much spodumene was produced during August and September?

Why has the plant been shutdown for the past two months?

When will it be operational again?

When do you expect to hit 10k tonnes per month output?

Should we expect to see the plant shutdown for two months every wet season?

What is now more than clear is that laverdas repeated claims that the export permit will be released once operational targets are met are complete nonsense.

His persistence in shutting down debate around the real issues concerning delays for the granting of the export permit are imo also damaging this board and he took should hang his head in shame as he's as bad as joedazaliambloggs for spreading misinformation.

Bernard strongly implied the permit will be granted following the site visit by the customs officers this week.

But it is AGM season at Kodal and he usually turns on the positive spin to get through AGM month.

If it's not granted next week then I don't think we'll see it until next year as they wait to agree a floor price

When compared to his peers that's a considerable amount more money unless comparing to a miner in full production.

The board have been prudent with costs to date, so I'll take this as a signal of what's now within arms reach.

I have no problem with CEOs rewards if that passes through to me as a shareholder.

The company has also reported 45k 6/8 RNS and on the same day Bernard said it was 42k in the proactive interview.

Well, what is it and why so many miscommunications?

The other issue is the grade produced, what is the average grade of the 40k tonnes or whatever ready for export?

The chairman's statement in the annual report states our first production earlier in the year hit 5.3% but the RNS at the time stated 5.53%.

For anyone else hoping for a resource upgrade over 50mt this year I'd urge you to read the second paragraph of the outlook section of the chairman's statement in the annual report.
