It looks set for approval.
Hi elcobbledore,
This isn't new news and was announced nearly a week ago.
I do not know if it impacts Kodal or not, I would like to think not and that the mining licence adjustments are in hand. There has not been any news to suggest that there is a problem.
I am interested in Lav's thoughts as Lav appears to be very knowledgeable about the route from Explorer to Developer and more up to date with Mali current affairs than most.
That's good to hear Lav, for a moment there I thought the drop in SP was related to this:

Roman, I disagree that KOD have changed plans suggesting there was a probem with the funding for flotation.
KOD have always planned to evaluate both options (Flotation and DMS) and having done so have now chosen to go DMS route as a quick route to cashflow.
News is due soon.
The lack of RNS is worrying.. SAE have just sold the IP which has costs millions to develop.
This bit of the article needs clarification: "Drew Blaxland, CEO of Proteus commented: “The formation of Proteus and the injection of private equity capital will give both companies the focus and means to build a pathway to affordable tidal stream power."
ivenoidea as usual but is this a way of injecting capital into the engineering without mass shareholder dilution for SAE?
Shocking from Graham Reid. Where's the RNS?
Well Daz, a quick check of the weather forecast in Bougouni shows a vast imporvement to last month. The drill rig will be in place soon and the cofirmation & extension drilling should get completed in the next 3 to 4 weeks.
It's Ngoualana BTW !
Companies House lists him having resigned on 27th July.
Either way it's good to see the mess being cleaned up.
