The slide presented to the Mali mining minister by kmuk suggested we need the permit by 31/8 or kmuk will be financially distressed.

Id suggest it's quite important that we get this mining permit based on what our own directors have reported to the Mali establishment.

The plant Bernie says is operational but the pictures we see say otherwise.

Bernie says he visited Mali to review the project expansion drilling which he says is continuing today, how? Kmuk have no money.

There's plenty of mystery around what is implied to get happening without any actual evidence that it is.

None of that matters though, we're simply focusing on that all important nameplate announcement... That's all that matters...

Now where is nameplate? Approaching 7 months from first production where we hit 50% straight off the bat on first switch on. There was me thinking this was a straightforward operation that wouldn't take 7+ months to commission.....

There's nothing in your post that I don't agree with.

Expectations on these forums go wild at times, it's nice to see some balance based on the actual details available.

I personally don't think we'll see the export permit until around the end of September allowing for maintenance of the plant to be completed and tested.

If we want to see the share price rise, this continued misinformation has got to stop.

When a CEO says he's going to something and provides timelines of when he needs to do just that.

He's missed many timelines and not even explained why on many occasions.

From my experience the market never likes that.

I'm eagerly awaiting the export permit but I'm not sure I'll be smiling with the market reaction.

If the company has millions of pounds of cash, can someone explain why we've drawn at least £7.5m@15% on a loan facility up to £15m. Kmuk has no cash. Understand the difference between having cash and not, it is quite important when investing.

Kod have plenty of cash but that's not relevant here, it's kmuk that's relevant and they needed a loan to continue to exist.

I am not joyful about that at this moment in time.

It could indicate a strong strategic partnership with Hainan that could be positive, I'll reserve judgement on that until I see how much profit Kodal HQ make from selling our product. Right now I'm not overly enamoured with what the excess money invested into Kmuk for 51% control of the company has been spent on. When compared with all the drilling for project expansion that was promised but stopped earlier last year and hasn't been seen since.

The removal of photos from Facebook tells me that was information the company didn't want to disclose.

Not very positive, given it's out there in public domain and if all was well I'd expect some sort of response.

This isn't the first time this has happened at Kodal HQ and it won't be the last time bad news is brushed under the carpet and never referred to again.

Kodal have undoubtedly done well to get this far, but my word Bernard has lied his ass off at times.

As an investor I dislike things being covered up and as we see here I'd like to know why we've stopped mining ore.

Rather than attack the posters bringing it to the attention of other investors I've enquired about that power point slide.

I can see the inauguration as positive, but it's come at a cost greater than I had hoped for. To make money in these investments best not to blindly follow these CEOs..

Follow this hold projects Bernard siphoned off prior to the Hainan deal.. that's how positive he was about the deal.
