Take a look at volume in November you will see a large uptick as traders bought in on expectation of good news ( first shipment ).

Now the news has been released and it didn't meet expectations set by both the company and rampers on here (bfd and laverda) who assured us all we've produced SC6 and far more than the 45k tonnes announced back in around end of June beginning of July (mixed messages via the company make it difficult to ascertain precisely when this tonnage was produced).

Said traders have been selling since news released. You can see the share price is now moving back to pre November levels.

Some concerns investors have:

The 45k tonnes hasn't increased for some reasons undisclosed (mine shutdown has been mentioned but each time bfd gets the posts removed) and the product was below expectations (5.39%) and further more seems to have been sold at a price below any calculations made that make any sense.

This news could have been welcomed if expectations were managed correctly but there is a new news blackout at Kodal, pr is a appalling and we're still left wondering if the mine is even working not to mention outstanding assays results for mythical drilling over the last twelve months.

So it's well done for getting a producing mine but is it viable and is it working? Oh and please please please hurry up and produce something of value to us dear old long term suffering share holders...

Take a look at the RNS statements, there's around 3 holdings RNS from this year for Kodal.. you'll find the numbers in there if you read them carefully.

I can assure you the number sold by SC is a considerable amount more than you currently believe.

Joe, SC were never going to take over Kodal.

They were looking to secure spod supply just like Hainan have, although in Hainan Kodal Have found a company with money to go the distance.

It's not all about getting spod cheaper than spot which I'd say is quite rare anyway.. Africa want their cut after being ripped off for decades.

Where do you think the supply is going to come from when demand kicks in over the next few years? Better to secure your high quality low impurity supply than try to get it on the open market

Through SC they assisted Kodal with a lot of studies and provided the means to carry out bulk sample testing of the ngoulana ore body the results of which we can see today with the ore produced to date.

They were way more than just a blocking investment and provided the majority of the funding for the exploration which fed into the maiden mre and subsequent update.

As always, balance is missing from your posts... You'll never get over Kodal making it to production will you?
