Given how the license saga has played out, is Bernie capable of providing value to shareholders? The price now is less than the spike in 2017 when suay first bought in, who's made money here?

Well patience required here, looks like long term hold for any gains worthwhile as Bernie has misled the market with where the 100million invested into Kmuk was to he spent.

Market always punished uncertainty.

I don't argue with fools so I'll leave this there, I've said what I wanted to and it's all there to be read by those interested in understanding what's going on.

My view is there is going to be a wait for decent returns from this current share price due to several reasons:

- Suay chin selling 2bn shares into the open market

- Kmuk having spent 14m on ROFR termination and an additional 15m on Mali tax (who ends up paying Kodal or kmuk still to be confirmed if ever).

- depressed spodumene price

It could be a takeover or flotation where decent money is made from buying in here and both are at least 2 years away.

Laverda, you've made statements about resource drilling but where's the evidence? I'll tell you, there aren't any funds available, I'm sure you can do the maths and work out how much money kmuk have spent on ROFR termination, past drilling and Mali licence tax.

I agree, more drilling required having read the RNSs as and when they were published.

My point was that why hasn't that drilling occurred? And my view is that there could well be issues behind the scenes regarding who pays for what and until we see those issues concluded no drilling will take place. The wet season is fast approaching which is disappointing and time is being wasted in my view.

I don't subscribe to the notion Kodal want to withhold an MRE update, none of our neighbours do if you've followed them. Leo were banging out 2 upgrades a year during their development.

Me, I'll be happy when we finally have that license as that saga has gone on far too long and cost Kodal far more money in terms of Mali taxes and % ownership. The question remains where's the money coming from? Kodal or kmuk? That question seems to be avoided at all costs.

It's not the change of code, it's the outright lies from Kodal HQ, who right up until last week (company website) had assured us the project remains on 2019.

The website details around this changed on Friday.

Bernard has told some fibs during my time invested but this one was the biggest fib to date.

What could have been a 'release' the breaks event has caused the share price to fall and a loss of confidence in the company.

It might have been forced on the company by the Mali regime but Kodal have handled investor relations very badly in my opinion.

Elcobbledore, very much how I see it and how it should have been presented. But I don't think Bernie will change, this optimism is what he does without recourse and has done throughout my time invested here.

Bernie informed shareholders that talks were ongoing and expected to conclude in October. Those were his spoken words on 26/9, you are seem to be an apologist for the company.

If it's the case as you suggest that we are low priority and will be dealt with by January then I'm not sure what led Bernie to say those words? An amateur investor on LSE has a better handle on the goings on in the Mali mining office than the CEO of Kodal minerals?

What value should we then place on the spoken words of the CEO? Any at all?

Bernie only makes it to the pub on time and never misses last orders at the bar.
