due to a few of the 31p placement shares getting flipped imo. Mms doing a poor job of creating a market. Nobody in their right mind is selling now (well funded, commercial deal in the pipeline, NDA submitted) - if the mms hold or drop the price that will simply kill volume. The only way to increase volume is to let the brakes off. It will happen sometime over the next couple of months I'm super confident of that. Am gonna switch off. I can relax now we've submitted. See you all again in Q3. IG

Many were nervous that there was a problem. There wasn't. I expect some games but the coutdown is firmly now on and many will want in. In Q3 we will hear the acceptance result from nda and commercial route to market. Imo we will see 40p very soon. Maybe not today but then again, who'd sell now.... Patience going to be rewarded. IG

I'm inclined to think it could be someone closely related to AMP. Keeping under the radar as AMP shareholders might be unhappy about their motif shares being sold to someone so close to the business. Obviously it was all above board and at market price. There was a placement at the same price on the same day after all ;-) IG

I have no idea. Probably shouldn't have put that as it was unfounded hopeful speculation :-) The rest of my post was fairly solid, fact based speculation though. IG

I agree about SG and also about our new secret holder. You'll notice that AMP's share sale was for 1 share below the declareable threshold. Someone who doesn't want to be known. IMO the recent fund raise was a cover to legitamise and set a price for the AMP share sale. I believe the AMP shares were taken by an insider. Iclaprim has huge potential beyond ABSSSI, especially as it has been evidenced to concentrate around the lungs. Big pharma need new ABs and would be able to concurrently run trials for a number of applications. I sense a deal is brewing to sell the lot. For somewhere around �1 per share. Sandgrove's event driven strategy and over �10mill holding (and the AMP transfer to a secret holder) both strongly back this idea. I wouldn't be surprised if the submission is being delayed on purpose. The next couple of weeks could be very interesting. IG

The HSBC shares are SG CFD ones prevoiusly held by BOA (looks like they still have 7.5% via a CFD but have changed broker). IMO BOA never had any shares in their own right, and neither do HSBC. SG still have 11% (actually nearer 11.5% now) IG

Hi jimzi. Yes tr''s are in agg. Check the latest SG tr - shows the boa shares (as cfd) and the placement shares (as real shares). Boa has gone from 7% to zero, yet we clearly haven't seen c25m sold. And it would extremely odd for SG to be a big buyer and a big seller too. I'm 100% certain that SG has simply moved from.buying via cfd to real shares and hence has taken full ownership of their shares - and there has been no net disposal. IG

Is not them selling or bad news. BOA never actually held a position in their own right. They held the shares for SG who took the liability via a cfd. Boa are SHs broker. SG have recently started holding the shares directly (the large chunk they took from the placing (or possibly from amp) were in their own name rather than via boa / cfd. This was simply an admin exercise and nothing to worry about. IG

for a short term trade, I expect a bounce off 19p, yes. Not sure it'll be worth more than 20% though. Bit of a toxic situation longer term, with institutions still trying to offload and pis becoming less willing to give them an exit. At some point the average pi will capitulate and stop averaging down, that could see a substantial drop. Then it becomes a buy opportunity. IG

trying to trade a downtrend by going long on the drops is very hard to make money. Much easier to make trend your friend and short the rises. Either you think this company will be worth a lot more than �30mill or you are taking a huge risk buying here. JMO IG
