It will be someone related to the company - hence they bought 1 share below the tr01 threshold. So we won't find out. Makes me very confident :-) Just 9.5% left with AMP, not forced to sell any for 4 months, and clearly no issue finding a buyer so they will no longer be a yolk round our neck. Steady climb from here. NDA submission any day, and commercial deal in Q3. Finally feeling 100% positive about my holding here, zero downside IMO and lots of upside. Im going to enjoy seeing 40p crossed in the next week. I'm thrilled with today's news. Strongly suspect we will see a steady climb from here with much less games. Very happy with my 350k shares. Wish I'd sold at 50p and rebought lower. If I had, I would most certainly buy them all back today. IG

Very very good news. Given that they were going to have to sell 2.5m per month from June. A huge yolk removed. And massive injection of confidence from the buyer. IG

Interest ... in dumping placement shares !! Check closer. That was a sell from Monday - at well below market price at the time. IG

Look at the spread from the time. The 2.6m was clearly a sell. This has been a horrible example of twatter ramping by the placement takers to allow them to exit at a nice profit. Horrible. IG

The fact that it was done just prior to close on the day before the shares hit the market certainly looks like someone moving shares to avoid triggering a tr01 tomorrow. Given the size, it has to be an existing significant holder. My guess is boa / sg. IG

Won't be a buy or a sell, in the traditional sense. No MM would risk a position like that and it has't been filled over the past days (nothing like enough volume). It's a direct transfer of some some sort. At the placement price so clearly related to the placement. A little below 3% reporting level, which is telling. My guess is that someone has split the shares they have taken in the placement, to avoid TR01 reporting. Anyone's guess really. IG

As the largest holder, I wonder if they can block the placement from going through. The GM will be interesting. IG

Is interesting, and worrying, that the largest aaog holder didn't take any shares in the placing. Their % holding drops from 23% to around 10%. They obviously didn't think 8p was such a bargain. I guess their researchers would have weighed up the potential overhang and realised this could drop a long way below the placing when the flippers panic and rush to offload, as buying interest dries up. Given the huge dilution, 8p was a high price for the raise. Be interesting to see how low it drops. IG

So... we're fully funded with no risk or need of a placement for some time to come (ie: HABP trials / Q4 - Q1 2019). The market has shown a clear appetite for Motif shares at this level, offering very solid support. Over the next few days I'm hoping for TR01 to confirm who took the placement shares (expecting a new ii). Over the next few weeks I'm expecting confirmation of the completion of the NDA. Over the next few months I'm expecting details of a commercial deal relating to the monetisation of Iclaprim for ABSSSI. Nervous? Absolutely no reason IMO. Excited about the (no brainer) risk v reward here - absolutely :-) IG

Eldorado - I agree. New shareholders now comfortably outnumber old ones. Also, old ones are all sitting on a loss, so will be biased by that. Potential new shareholders will mostly wait as there is such a huge overhang to work through. Very little of the �7mill will be interested in gambling on 25% COS so the churn will increase as flippers become nervous that they won't have time to offload pre drill end. They will get rid of a decent amount on licence confirmation, and more again on spud, but 90 million shares is serious volume here. I'm expecting that a decent chunk will be sold at a loss and there will be opportunituy to buy in, nearer drill, with licence confirmed, for sub placement price. IG

There appears to have been a small amount of churn from the placement. With volume like this it won't take long to work through. Be interesting to see which ii have taken shares on Wednesday or soon after. IG

The institutuonal investors invested £10 mill last week at 31p. They're clearly not worried. Boa / sandgrove have invested over £5mill recently. They seem confident. IG
