Due to the stupid bod self leaking the placement news you can bet they are scrabbling around trying to fund investors today. My bet is they raise at 20% below today's mid day price. Let's see what they get. What shame if it's not an open offer to allow existing holders to buy. IG Ps. The problem is that the shareholders are being asked to take a huge hit in terms of dilution for no additional benefit. SNCP are onto a huge winner as they don't need to risk millions on a drill and yet they still get their share of the oil (once the costs are reclaimed). Great deal for SNCP, rubbish deal for shareholders, due to incompetent bod (who are not shareholders). IG

As always, the bod have made a horrible mess of this. You simply do not forewarn the market that there is a huge placement coming. Not unless you want to crash the sp. Maybe the bod will buy into this placement. IG

Bmd claiming that the huge funding shortfall will be met via a placing. Clearly there was never going to be any deal. And (if he's right) then I feel this is better than clns for the holders. Surely they will sweeten the pain with some decent work over news. Otherwise the placement price will be ugly to raise such a lot, with no licence and a shocking track record. If it comes with licence news then I can see it being 8p, else 7p or lower. IG

Looks like we are heading into a key phase. There is falling resisance and rising support. Between now and late July I believe we will see breakout one way or another. Support is now around 31p, rising slowly to 32.5p by the end of July. A close sub 30p is not good. First resistance has fallen from 37p to just over 36p. This will creep down to meet the support at 32.5p by late July. The next resistance is at 38p and falling by 1p every month. A close above 38p would be incredible. Once through the second support, we should very quickly see the 50s - full breakout will need us to cross 57- 60p (depending on when). GLA IG

Delays always cause jitters. Submission will allay those. Plus it starts firm countdown to both acceptance and hopefully approval. Both of which will be very significant. I think there is a good chance the some ii's will start buying from submission. It's a fixed period of time with (assuming approval) a fairly secure ROI. IG

I havent attacked you. Yet rather than discuss my points about the company you choose to attack me. Says a lot about you and about your 'investment'. For what it's worth, anyone can check my posting history, and I did start following & posting about the company last summer. I had zero interest in buying at any price over the winter. Still haven't. I posted many times since winter that I might take a small punt at 7p but wouldnt really invest until the licence and funding were sorted. I'm not a trader and am only interested in investing based on the fundamentals. When I posted (several times) about the likelihood of the partner not funding the drill. Several people challenged that opinion. Yet now you claim that you knew all along and yet weirdly invested knowing the sp would tank when this information was released. Genius. The only truth in your post is that I would be furious if I had been an investor. IG Ps. Hi Joe In answer to your last question, I too was originally here because the initial business case was a good calculated risk. The bod had an interesting investment offer so I started following the share. My more recent posting is driven by the fact that the bod have shown themselves to be actively misleading investors and that really annoys me. People like you or I invest our money based on the information they provide. When that information is wrong or purposefully incomplete, we are no.longer making a fair investment decision. These cowboys are basically criminals in my eyes. Misleading people. I hope there is a typo in your post, because if the lowest you have prepared for is 10p per share, you have a big shock in store. There is a very real chance of this being worth absolutely nothing. They have almost run out of cash and the new licence is looking shakey. In terms of the upside. There will be a long wait until they drill 103 (if they ever do). During which time I believe the dilution or death spiral cln financing to raise the $6mill will mean the sp will drop much further and /or have an effective cap at around the current price (as the cln lender dumps millions). If they do manage to raise the funds, and get the licence, I will buy in for the drill. I expect this will be many months away and at the current price or lower. I see zero benefit and considerable risk from buying / holding this share now. IG

I actually think you're right. Given that they need to raise $6mill. (Close to the current £7m mcap). And with the track record of 100% failure and total mistrust from shareholder after all the lies. Plus the huge risk of the licence being turned down. I expect a placement would need to be even lower to raise that much. If it was a raise via shareholders. However I expect it will be cln death spiral funding. $6milll convertible at 8p. That the loan house will expect to dump most at a 20%+ profit over the 3-4 months between now and the end of the drill. Keeping a nasty cap on the sp. IG

suspect today's buyer will have allowed the seller to dump at least another 600k. We will see over the next hour. Hi pawn. The historic facts I've mentioned obviously haven't changed, nor has the outlook (still no licence, no rig, no partner support, $6mill fund raise incoming). That said, the sp has not capitulated this week as I expected. I'm amazed but there it is. Nor have we seen a tr01 from that 1mill sell. Let's see what happens next. I'm certainly not buying a single share with the risk if no licence and $6mill fund raise imminent. IG Ps.
