When you add in battery degradation it’s a Waste of time, and the amount of solar panels required would take up to much space, you get more money from just sending the electric straight to the grid.

I could set a small scale mining farm up for ~£500k, would be useless at UK electricity prices though.

Just looking through the assets, has there been any update on Selva since Sept 2020?
Does the H1 2021 date still look feasible for first production?

Consolidation isnt the problem and largely meaningless on its own.
As Nominal / par value of share moves inline with consolidation.

it would be a vote to approve an accompanying "subdivision of shares" which causes the problem as this lowers the nominal value of shares to enable the company to issue shares at a lower price (shares cannot issue new stock below nominal / par value)

If the vote to enlarge the authorised share issue was approved last year and used to place the final EGHO tranche of £250k that would be one less issue to deal with now, these little voting resolutions have a material impact so think before you vote when it comes along.

As it stands they have some cash (from placing in Nov and first draw down from Shard) , and access to another £500k via shard. BUT as this will only last so long this makes the loan repayment from DS in July even more important. Otherwise yes, they will have to raise capital.

Took a couple of chunks again today, pretty simple decision when it’s Mcap is half the potential revenue at soon to be current production rates.

I aim to try and hold on to them till 10p, but I do suffer from paper hands when I see a healthy profit sometimes as I try never to be too greedy

I’m Not buying back in but the only positive route for this year as it stands that I can think of is customers and the company using Sunaks new “Super Deductions” to spur a bit of spending, as places refurb and reopen, they will have to work hard for it. I’m yet to read the in depth details on super deductions though so could be wrong.

Truth is there is still more value here to shareholders as a shell (or spac as it’s trendy to call them now) if they can dispose of the old business and board costs but it’s not the route that they are going down.

the remaining £500k shard draw down available,
and the £1m due from Sefton in July.

And maybe they have switched over to more efficient LED bulbs to keep the running costs down and keep them running for longer.
